If you are looking for a great place to get away with your family or friends, this is it! Our home is only steps from the white beaches and blue waters of the Gulf Shore, you will lose yourself in the luxury of this professionally decorated home.

Our non-smoking home is located on a quiet section of the beach and is removed from the hustle and bustle of the heavily-developed beach areas (no high-rise condos around you), but close enough to allow quick access to golf, nature trails, family activities, shopping (including Outlets), and a variety of restaurants.

With plenty of space for all guests, the living area features two full-size sofas and four comfortable chairs, with views of the gulf (or a television with DVD, if you prefer). The living space also features a wet bar with ice maker, and a conversation area with game table for your enjoyment. There is a large dining table that seats twelve and fully-equipped kitchen with two dishwashers and a double oven.

There are a total of six bedrooms to accommodate you in comfort. Two bedrooms feature king-size beds and a gulf view complete with a balcony. Two additional bedrooms are well-appointed with queen-size beds. Another bedroom includes two twin beds. There is even a bedroom with two sets of twin over full bunk beds (accommodating as many as six). The bunk room includes a TV, DVD player, and XBox (with games).

Each bedroom has an adjoining bath and the home features two "family suites" (two bedrooms connected by a bath). The second floor features a loft with TV, VCR, and desktop PC with DSL (high-speed internet) connection. The loft allows two additional guests to sleep on the full size futon.

Your outdoor spaces begin with our screened porch. We have a picnic table and a round table to help you enjoy your dining, card playing, and socializing in comfort. The next frontier is a private pool (only shared with our neighbor's home). The pool is surrounded by a deck with several chaise lounges to help you bask in the sun.

The only thing that stands between the pool and the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico is our dunewalk. For your convenience, we have an outdoor shower between the dunewalk and the pool. Your family can easily roam between our home, the refreshing swimming pool, the beautiful white beaches, and the clear blue gulf water.

  • Private Pool: The pool is 15' x 30'. It is 3' deep at each end, and 5' deep in the middle. Our pool is only shared with the other half our duplex - only steps away from the living room. There is plenty of deck space for everyone.

  • Handicapped Accessible: With a queen bedroom on the first floor, our beach house allows one or two members of your party to avoid stairs during their visit. There is a full bathroom attached to the queen bedroom. The living room, dining room, ½ bath and kitchen are at the first floor level. You can walk onto the screen porch and the deck with no stairs. The boardwalk slopes from the deck to the beach, with only two steps at the end of the boardwalk. Note that there are two ½ flights of seven stairs each to enter the house from ground level.
  • Wheelchair Accessible: A guest in a wheelchair visited in May 2006. Other members of the party carried his wheelchair up the stairs. From this point, our guest was able to reach the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining room inside the house. With minor assistance to clear the threshold, our guest could reach the screened porch, deck, and use the boardwalk to ride down to the end of the boardwalk. Members of his party helped him set his feet in the sand. This is not full access, but our beach house worked well for this group. It is a very touching story.
