  A wonderful place to stay in Bodrum! It was just the two of us so we had plenty of room to spread out. The three decks are all wonderful and offer amazing views. The living room and kitchen are both updated, clean and have everything you need. The owner was very helpful and kind. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the beaches and main strip of downtown Bodrum. It is on a hill (hence the great views!) but if you don't feel like walking down or walking up the hill, there are plenty of taxis near the villa and downtown. Wonderful place and would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

  This house was wonderful. We had an amazing time here with my extended family (four generations!). The villa is well-located - just a ten minute walk down to the beach and the center of Bodrum. It provides a beautiful view of the city from the upper deck and the rooftop balcony. The inside is well-kept, clean, and the kitchen has everything you need. We stayed for 12 days and cooked at home every day. I didn't meet Ferhan (she had to go out of town) - but she was very communicative and answered all my questions through the booking process. The owners live in the villa below and we met them when we arrived. They were very kind and helpful through our whole stay at the villa. I highly recommend this villa!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

  My husband and I met his sister and her husband in Bodrum. This house was an excellent home base for us! Lots of space, and we enjoyed cooking our own dinners every night and eating on one of the terraces. We rented a car (a must!) and it was nice to have a parking spot right at the house. We visited Ephesus, Pumakkale, and a few other places for beaches and ruins. We loved the house but especially fell in love with Ferhan who helped us immensely. She gave very good recommendations on where to visit and was one of the kindest people I've met! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and will be recommending this to any friends/family who wish to visit Bodrum!

  My wife and our 2 boys (ages 13 and 11) stayed at Villa Khan for 1 week in July 2011. The house was amazing. Lots of space for spreading out. Big bedroom for the adults, separate bedrooms for the kids. The DVD player with the big flat screen TV and the laundry came in very handy. It has 3 decks with incredible views of Bodrum harbor (including the castle) and the surrounding hills. One deck off the family room, one off the master bedroom and one on the rooftop. We ate breakfast on the deck by the family room and kitchen every day - what a great way to wake up. We had a car - so this house became our home base for exploring the Bodrum peninsula and surrounding areas. In the week we were there we went to 4 different beaches on the peninsula, took a day trip to Pamakkale / Hieropolis (awesome, must see), toured the castle, and took the ferry to the Greek island of Kos. It is also very close to nightlife and restaurants of Bodrum - which is all lined up along the water front - starting at the big Halikarnas disco which is down the hill and continues along the water to the castle and then again on the other side of the castle. You can walk down the hill to all of this - or drive and find a place to park. Only caution is that you can hear some of the music from the disco(s) at night - but honestly this was not a big deal. My wife and I noticed it the first night when we were sleeping - but then didn't really notice it after that unless you tried to listen for it. It just sounds like a low thump/thump/thump sound. The kids said they didn't notice. It didn't affect our sleep at all.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
