This is a ground floor condo with easy access to the two pools, beach, and 4 private clay tennis courts for this resort. This Condo has a nice patio to sit and enjoy the wonderful breezes and views of the ocean. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very spacious. There is a local YMCA about five minutes away.
This condo is located in Amelia Surf & Racquet Resort, about a two minte walk to the Ritz Carlton, Summer Beach.

This week spent on Amelia Island in this unit was delightful! The condo was extremely comfortable and well taken care of and the owner did an exceptional job in making it easy to enjoy ourselves. The Amelia Surf and Raquet is a wonderful find and is nestled in amongst the Ritz Carlton and other extremely nice resort areas. I would definitely recommend this unit for anyone wanting a great stay at a great rate!!!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.
