Gracing the sandy beaches of Topsail, this fabulous beach home offers two living areas, beautiful furnishings, and two spacious oceanfront decks. Enjoy the breathtaking, sunrise over the ocean with an early morning cup of coffee. After sunrise, watch the surfers and kite flyers appear or spend the day playing in the surf and sand.
Ground Level: Parking outside for up to 4 and a double garage that will accommodate 2 vehicles. Inside the garage you will find a gas grill, great for cooking up fresh seafood.
First Level: Upon stepping inside Paradise Found you will find a large family and game room. This space is filled with two tawny leather sleeper sofas, a TV with VCR and a bookshelf filled with games and toys for the kids. A large laundry room holds a full size washer and dryer and a bathroom is accessible through this room.
Off of this space there are three bedrooms and a bath. The first bedroom offers guests two queen size beds with soft seashell comforters, wicker furniture and a sliding glass door that leads to the lower oceanfront deck. This would be a great retreat for older children.
The next bedroom offers accommodations for four smaller kids, with two twin bunk beds. Each bunk bed is covered in a sea foam green and dark blue comforter. This room sits on the sound side of Paradise Found.
The third bedroom is one of the two master bedrooms. This first master bedroom offers guests a king size bed and wood furnishing. This bedroom has a telephone, TV, ceiling fan, blue and white striped sofa. A sliding glass door opens to the lower oceanfront deck, where you can slip outside early in the morning for a sunrise walk on the beach. A private bathroom is available to guests, staying in this room. One of the unique features this bath has is a door that leads to the deck. Step off the sandy beach and rinse off in your own bathroom.
Second Level: The hand painted walls take you upstairs, leading you into the deep blue sea. Upstairs you will find an open living space, two bedrooms and a full size bathroom.
At the top of the stairs is the fourth bedroom. This room offers a queen size bed with a colorful sea themed comforter, white washed furnishings and ceiling fan. Across the hall is a full size bathroom.
The second master bedroom is accessible through the living room, and has a door that leads into the bathroom. This master bedroom, sits on the sound side of Paradise Found and offers a king size bed and white washed furnishings. This room also has a TV with VCR and ceiling fan.
The living room is filled with creamy white furniture, two navy blue leather sofas and colorful directors’ chairs. The room is surrounded by large picture windows with beautiful views of the ocean, just beyond the deck. The living room has a 46' flatscreenTV with DVD player and a large library of books for the whole family to read and watch.
From the living area you can head out to the sunny upper deck through the sliding glass door. From up here you have wonderful views of the sunny beach. Relax and watch the family play in the surf, while you lounge under the warm Carolina sun.
The dining area, surrounded by ocean view windows, holds a hand painted dining table filled with sea life. With enough seating for 8, gather everyone around the table for family style seafood dinners.
The open kitchen has granite countertops and wood cabinets and tile floors. This room includes a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster and more. Four green stools sit at the bar, a great place for morning coffee or a quick snack, before heading back out to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful home! The perfect place for our family to get together and for a new baby to experience his very first vacation. The weather was fantastic and we saw dolphins playing almost daily. The house has a GREAT layout for families and groups and comes well-equipped. Larry was a pleasure to work with and made the vacation nice, easy, and RELAXING. We have been vacationing in Topsail almost every year for the last 30 years, and have stayed in many, many different houses. Paradise Found has been one of the best, and we look forward of making it part of our annual family tradition! Our family - including married children, grandchildren, and kids still at home - comes to Topsail Island every year. This was our first year to stay at Paradise Found, and we hope to stay here again. The house is so roomy, and having two living areas - one up and one down - was a huge plus!! The house was clean, comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, roomy bedrooms and living areas, and having a bathroom right off the lower deck was awesome! We look forward to staying in Paradise Found next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had 14 people including 4 small children. The house was perfect especially for the smaller kids. The location is easy access to shopping and sightseeing at the pier. Our kids went to the pier just about every morning to see what the fishermen where catching. There was also a nice playground close by. The house itself was beautiful and while we only spent a week there we will have a lifetime of memories.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

We are a group of friends who have been taking beach vacations together for about 20 years, and this truly is one of the best houses we've stayed in. We particularly enjoyed the large, open kitchen/dining/living room area and deck upstairs with wonderful view of the ocean. Being right on the beach was also a big plus for us. The property is exactly as described, and if anything, the pictures don't quite do it justice. The place was immaculate, the kitchen well-equipped, and the owner was very good to work with. I have already recommended this property to a family member.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We just returned home after spending a week in Paradise Found with extended family. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, watching the pelicans and dolphins, taking in the kite surfers on stormy days, playing in the surf and sand, and being together. The direct beach access was perfect, and the family spaces just as advertised. Any problems we may have come across were taken care of promptly by the owner. Topsail Island has something for every beach goer. The location makes it one of the easiest to access from the majority of the Eastern US. Warm water temperatures make this a year round destination, and Paradise Found is regularly used for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and many off-season family gatherings as well as the main summer months.
