The loft on Broughton Street is the perfect home base for a weekend trip to Savannah. Eli was extremely professional and helpful through the rental process. It was easy to make reservations, pay, check in, and check out. The loft is extremely clean and all furnishings are comfortable and chic. (very Ikea) We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go throughout the weekend. Very close to good shops, restaurants and bars. Great people watching late at night!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed in this loft for three nights and had an amazing time. The loft is conveniently located right next to City Market and well within walking distance of River Street. The low profile bed was so comfortable -we slept better in it than we do our own bed. My husband heard some of the street noise from below but I did not hear a thing. The loft was the perfect size for us and the kitchen had everything we needed when we prepared some of our meals. I think that parking (in a deck that was about a block away) was $19 total (you can walk or drive to the Tourist Information Center to purchase a discounted parking pass). There is a Krogers about a mile away. We brought our own coffee and paper towels. We really enjoyed the walking and trolley ghost tours and the on and off Savannah Trolley tour. Other than to drive to the grocery store the first day there was no need for a vehicle as we walked everywhere (or got there using the on/off trolley). The owner was very nice, met us at the loft to upon checking in, and was quick to respond to any questions. The loft was very reasonably priced and in excellent condition. We definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Savannah.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Savannah was awesome. We fell in love and will be back for a week at end of June. I felt the location for shopping was spot on in this loft. The loft was decorated nice and convenient to the city market and lots of fabulous shops. The owner was very friendly and gave us tips and ideas. My only complaints ( and I have always been about little details) was we only had one tiny facial bar of soap for 3 nights..the tub was dirty(so I had to clean it)...and 4 towels for 3 of us meant we had to wash them to reuse them but there was a washer and dryer so no big deal. Overall a fabulous little loft. I would recommend for anyone wanting to be in the shopping area with great food! Lastly, the price was awesome. Very fair price for last minute trip.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The loft was well-equipped and in a fantastic, walkable location. We parked our car for less than $20 and literally didn't drive the entire weekend. Eli was great to work with. He provided lots of instructions, details, and recommendations for our stay. The actual unit was just as nice as the photos posted and the loft was right on the main thoroughfare of shopping as described. When we had any questions for Eli, we texted and he responded promptly. The price is incredibly reasonable for what you get. Yes, it is noisy at night until 2 am, but it didn't bother us at all. We actually enjoyed watching all the action out our window! While there, check out Local 11Ten, Leoci's Trattoria, Zunzi's and Coffee Fox! Best shopping at SCAD Store, Satchel, Red Clover!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The loft was beautiful and the location was perfect. The owner was there to answer any questions we had such as what places were good to eat at and where to go to have a great time. The only problem I had was that people were partying and making lots of noise out on the street below till 3 to 3:30 in the morning every night which made it very hard to ret up from all of the site seeing we were doing. You can hear everything that goes on outside. Other than that the place was fantastic! If I wanted to take a vacation and didn't plan on sleeping the whole week than I'd definitely go back lol.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I normally do not write reviews but I find my self wanting to tell everyone about this great loft space that I rented for my 13 year old daughter and I over a long weekend. We parked our car and walked everywhere. The loft is located a block away from City Market which is were we spent most of our down time and a few blocks away from the River Front. The loft was clean, well stocked, and comfy. Ely was a WONDERFUL host!! Very patient and helpful with anything we needed. He answered every question promptly and even offered fun and helpful ideas. I had to call him one night to help me with the TV, his kindness extended through every answer. The only down side is the nightly noise but with the location of the loft it was to be expected. Thanks again Ely for a wonderful stay in Savannah!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here! The condo is in an ideal location...we were right in City Market and only a few blocks from River Street. Whether we were out sightseeing or partaking in a few libations, it was all within walking distance and we never once used our car. We found parking in a lot in the next block and paid less than $20 for our entire stay...unheard of price! The condo itself looks exactly like the pictures and Eli has the place stocked with anything you could possibly need. We both agreed that we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Savannah. Charming city, charming place:).Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This loft is in the perfect location. One block away from a parking garage where you can leave your car until its time to go home. The loft is within walking distance to everywhere you would want to go in Savannah. The loft itself is beautiful, and very well kept. Eli, the owner, is a pleasure to interact with. He is quick to respond to text messages, and makes sure your stay is very enjoyable. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the Loft on Broughton. Eli was very helpful and always available and very responsive to anything we needed. We could not have asked for a better experience at this loft. The location is central to it all, we walked EVERYWHERE! It’s perfect. Only downfall is the noisy bar across the street on weekends, but the positives of this loft overshadow this one downfall by leaps and bounds. It really does look exactly like it does in the pictures, beautiful and very cozy. We will definitely be back and for a longer stay next time!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family had a wonderful week vacation in Savannah. Our home away apartment was perfect. The location was right in the heart of the city which made touring around a breeze. My only negative is that when you are in the heart of the city you get the noise to go with it. The weekend nights were noise and would wake us up at night. It was worth it though. The apartment inside was just the right size and decorated very nice. The third person needs to be a small child. The fold out chair was not the most comfortable from my 20 something daughter.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

This condo is amazing and the owner is very friendly! We have rented many, many condos through vrbo. This owner is the very best! My emails or text messages were returned in a very timely fashion. He met us at the door, welcomed us to Savannah, and made us feel right at home in his condo. I appreciate the time taken from his day for this social bonus! Also, my husband broke the key. With one call to the owner, he and a locksmith were there within minutes on a busy Friday evening. We offerered and insisted on paying the bill, but the owner would not allow it. He simply smiled and reminded us accidents happen. The condo is very, very clean and BEAUTIFULLY decorated!!!!!! We enjoyed overlooking Broughton Street, Apple TV, and the cozy bed! The kitchen is well equiped with fine appliances and gadgets! We parked our car at a nearby (a block away) garage. On weekends, metered parking is free... but the garage was a QUICK, EASY walk and very inexpensive. I LOVED the location of this condo! We could walk EVERYWHERE: from River Street to Forsythe Park. This is THE best spot to stay and experience everything Savannah. The owner provided a map and a lot of great must see/do tips. My husband nor I had been to Savannah and chose to go for our anniversary trip this year. We prefer condos to hotels because of the apartment like features over a simple bedroom feel. I chose this condo simply based on photos listed, as I knew nothing of the area. JACKPOT! The unit is even BETTER in person, and has a perfect location for people like us... park the car until it's time to leave!!!! I have not taken Savannah off the bucket list. I will be back, and I will call to book this unit! We walked a lot. We saw several B&B's as well as Inns. Each time we walked by one or a hotel, my husband or I would remark, "glad we booked that unit on Broughton!" We had a FABULOUS time and so thankful we found this place! MANY thanks to this gracious owner for making us feel welcome and treating us famously!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a beautiful loft and perfect size for a couples getaway. We were looking for convenience and it has that. The kitchen is stocked and I love the French press and electric kettle. The owner is very nice. The reason I cannot give this place 4 or 5 stars is due to the loud bar across the street. We were up until 3am the first two nights and the third night the bar was closed. I am not a light sleeper and in addition I came with a noisemaker because of the other reviews. The noise is truly unfortunate because the location and nice accommodations.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

My sister and I (late 20s/mid 30s) were looking for a fun sister getaway and chose Savannah. After reviewing many places on VRBO we settled on this one. It is very reasonably priced for all of the space and the location was absolutely perfect. We didn't want to be right on River Street and this was exactly In between every part of town we wanted to visit. Not being local, we had no problem getting around. The parking garage was less than two blocks away and we also found lots of street parking the few times we needed it. The loft itself was a great home away from home. We felt as though we were visiting a friend’s apartment. The bathroom was spacious and comfy and the bed was better than mine at home! There was definitely some traffic noise from outside but what would one expect, you are right in the middle of the city! Nothing too bad though and I had some ear plugs but didn’t really need them. I wouldn’t say it was ever LOUD though. The art work was great to look at and the kitchen was very functionable (and pretty). We made breakfast each morning and appetizers at night. We had every basic need (and then some) met in the kitchen. My sister loved the Apple TV, which was a neat bonus! The loft’s owner was also especially gracious. He personally met us upon arrival, showed us the place, made lots of great recommendations (not just touristy places) and responded to our texts when we had questions. We even ran into him during the weekend and he was especially friendly. I would definitely recommend this loft for its location, upscale beauty, comfortable accommodations, ease of check-in and the feeling of visiting a friend rather than a stuff hotel. Thanks Eli!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This must be about the best location to stay in Savannah - right on the main shopping street with boutiques and interesting shops literally outside the door - also just around the corner from the busy bar & restaurant scene of City Market but no more than a ten minute stroll from River Street. Location was also the one drawback - as other reviewers have noted, it is across the street from a bar. It is not so much the bar that is noisy but it's clientele seems disposed to stand on the street and yell loudly or rev up their motorbikes at two in the morning in some unfathomable, adolescent display of machismo. But it is no more than an irritation somewhat outweighed by the great convenience of being able to ditch the car and spend a few days easy walking around the beautiful squares of Savannah - or dining out in the evening - knowing that in a few minutes you can be back in the comfort of the Loft. As for the Loft itself, once past the unprepossessing entrance, it is bright, clean, well-equipped and decorated in an easy contemporary style. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and Eli had thoughtfully left a selection of toiletries. We didn't have to cook because there were so many good places to eat nearby but it looked like the kitchen had everything necessary. For any English visitors missing a traditional breakfast you can't do better than Tubby's on the river front - get there early and sit on the balcony with the sun coming up over the river - and get a Breakfast Plate with eggs, roast potatoes, sausage and wheat toast washed down by great coffee - it sets you up for the day.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The loft is even more beautiful in person. The location was perfect for our needs and is in a safe area. The owner was quick in response whenever we had any questions. A list of "best places" to dine, visit, or enjoy night life was available and helpful to us. Everything was clean and comfy. The windows look out to Broughton Street and we enjoyed the view. There is not reserved parking but we went to the Visitor's Center and bought parking passes ($7 a day) for the week. This allowed us to park in parking decks and metered parking without having to pay. There is a parking deck about two blocks away. All that said, we pulled into town on Monday and, with the exception of my husband going to the Visitor's Center and moving the car Tuesday morning, we didn't get back in the car until Friday when we left town. We were able to walk anywhere or take the trolley. A few of the restaurants we enjoyed are Kayak Kafe, Vinnie Van Go Go, Crystal Beer Parlor, and Alligator Soul. We had a fantastic visit and when we plan to visit Savannah again, we will look here first.Recommended for: Romantic getaway

The loft was great! Location was awesome, centrally located to shopping, tours, restaurants, etc. The only drawback was the bar across the street. The patrons are loud....even on Sunday night. The loft is absolutely gorgeous and Eli was a pleasure to work with. The central location is fabulous and a very easy walk to everything. The wonderful thing about being on Broughton Street is the close proximity to shopping, nightlife and the serenity of the historic district. I only wish I had known that the Crypt Pub is directly across the street so don't plan on sleeping between the hours of 10:00 p.m. And 3:30 a.m. It is 1:09 a.m. and I am now on my 3rd night without sleep.Did you find this review helpful? My husband and I have been visiting Savannah for about 5 years now but this was the first time we stayed in a rental property. All I can say is...this condo is absolutely the BEST place we have ever stayed in Savannah! It’s in a great central location (which allowed us to park our car the ENTIRE time we were there) and parking was a breeze thanks to the discounted visitor’s parking pass we picked up at the welcome center. I would highly recommend that you walk as much as possible – the historic district is easy to navigate and full of such great architecture and details that you would be doing yourself a disservice if you only explored it using a car or trolley. Eli was a gracious host and made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. He answered all of our questions and went out of his way to make our first vacation rental a memorable one. Eli greeted us upon arrival and offered great suggestions for places to eat and visit while in the city. I highly recommend Vic’s on the River - excellent food and service and only a 5 minute walk from the condo! The condo itself was well maintained, modern, exquisitely decorated, in a very secure building and looked exactly as it did in the photos. The only thing my husband and I were disappointed about was the fact that we had to leave! We will definitely be staying here next year - we cannot wait to return!Did you find this review helpful? This condo was exactly like what we expected! My husband and I recently stayed 4 nights at this condo and are pleased to rate it as excellent. Eli was there to meet us and offered great suggestions. It was clean, well-maintained, and also looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It was an ideal location for touring the city and centrally located to everything in the historic district. We were able to walk to everything, however we did take a trolley tour with Old Town Trolley to learn more about the city. We enjoyed meals at Belford's, Lady and Sons, Pirates House, The Cotton Exchange, and Carlitos. We had brunch at Goosefeathers and Clary's and some desserts at Leopolds ice cream sh and Lulu's Chocolate bar. Needless to say, we didn't go hungry ;) I would recommend this property to anyone and would definitely stay here on a return trip to this lovely city!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Upon arrival the condo matched the online pictures 100%. I was greeted by Eli who was very hospitable. He showed me the workings of the condo and departed with a smile. Everything that you would need in a vacation rental is included with this space. You are also in a prime downtown location and central to everything. I rented a car for the trip, but to be honest I really did not need one. For those of you who desire to rent a car the Robinson parking garage is steps from the condo. Remeber to pick up a reduced rate parking pass from the Visitors Center on MLK Blvd. This pass will save you a few bucks during your stay when parking on the streets and garages. For those not renting a car, the tourism companies in Savannah can get you to those far points like Fort Pulaski and Tybee Island without problem and resonably priced. The restaraunts are plentiful and the sites are grea!. Just stroll the city and enjoy. The only warning is that this condo is downtown and with that comes Broughton St. which can be a bit noisy for those wanting to hit the bed early on the weekends. This condo rental was 1st class and I would recommend this to those seeking a cool place to stay in Savannah.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This loft was far and away the best place we could have stayed while in Savannah. The space was gorgeous! Airy and spacious, with everything you could need. For being such an open floor plan, there were no issues with noise or comfort. Located just one block from City Market, a few more blocks to River Street - it was hands down the most convenient location imaginable. We parked our car once at the beginning of our stay and didn't get back in the car until it was time to leave. Absolutely everything in Historic Savannah is close by. Our host was friendly and helpful the entire time. Thanks again - we WILL be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What a great find at the last minute! Eli was very easy to work with to make it possible for us to book this just a few days before our arrival. We loved it! The location is perfect. We parked our car on Sunday and didn't move it until we left on Thursday. Go to the Visitor Center to get discounted pricing on parking. You can walk to everything. The loft is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Don't miss the Goose Feathers Cafe for breakfast and lunch - just a block away, and the Papillote - a French take-out, less than a block away. Both were recommended by Eli. We loved Savannah and staying in the loft make the trip so much better than being in a hotel.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our stay at the loft on Broughton Street was great! The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything! The loft was very comfortable and clean and the owner made every effort to make us feel right at home! We have visited Savannah numerous times and stayed in different places and locations within the city, but the loft is, by far, our favorite! Looking forward to our next visit!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The loft was perfect in every way. Urban chic, yet charming. I cannot imagine a better location. You can walk to everything, and I mean everything. Eli was extremely accommodating and his suggestions as to where to eat and what to do were spot on. Don't be concerned about parking. We went to the visitor center, got a discounted pass and parked in the garage a short block away. We were torn between a B & B type atmosphere and the loft. We made the right decision. This is my third trip to Savannah (my husband's second) and the loft made it the best trip by far. Don't pass this up - Eli's loft is a real treat!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Beautiful relaxing accommodations in the heart of the historic district. We parked our car and walked everywhere. It was great to return to a place to call our own at the end of the day. You could bring the great restaurant food back and not waste leftovers. This is the only way to stay in Savannah! Don't pass this place up.Did you find this review helpful? The loft was wonderful and the pictures are spot on. Super clean and lots of light. The collection of art was beautiful and really added to the place. Great location where you can walk anywhere but if you do have a car, there's a cheap garage one block away. Eli was amazingly helpful and easy to work with all the way along. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet him in person but hopefully next time we come down. Thanks for making it a memorable weekend.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

A friend and I stayed in the loft for a girls' weekend and it couldn't have been better! The location was perfect, the condo was spotless and comfortable, and we had an amazing time. Eli was great and gave us recommendations for dinner that we would not have found otherwise. I would highly, highly recommend staying here to anyone who wants to be central to the action without having to stay in a hotel!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We are so glad we chose this loft for our stay in Savannah. We stayed with our 1 year old, and the place was perfect for him - enough space to explore (way better than a hotel room), but safe enough that he didn't do any damage (to himself or the loft). My only comment if bringing a child - the kitchen chairs are more like bar stools. We ended up putting his booster seat on the floor and it worked fine, but be aware. But if you like IKEA, you'll be at home in the rental... The location was also great - an easy walk to plenty of eating and shopping locations, and still a reasonable walk from Forsyth Park. Thanks for a great stay!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Highly recommend the "Chic Loft on Broughton". The photos and description on VRBO represent the loft 100%. The location is fantastic. You can park your car and walk everywhere in Savannah! The owner, Eli was very helpful with providing information about the loft, historic places to visit, restaurants, etc. so we were able to plan out our trip before we arrived. There are also brochures from local places of interest and maps for guests to use while there. We had an excellent experience and will be returning to Savannah!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband & I stayed in the loft and loved it. The location was perfect! It was beautifully decorated & very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Eli was a very gracious host. He even called to see if we needed an umbrella the one day it poured. The loft is located within walking distance to everything. If you do need a vehicle while in town, I would recommend purchasing a parking pass from the Visitors Center. It costs $7 for a 24 hour pass or $12 for a 48 hour pass. The pass allows you in & out privileges for the city lots and some of the metered parking. There is a city lot one & half blocks from this rental, which was very convenient. If you are going to stay in Savannah, do not hesitate choosing this rental, you will not be disappointed!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My girlfriend and I stayed here 6/24/11 - 6/26/11. Eli, the owner, was out of town that weekend, but was very accommodating and made sure we were greeted by a neighbor upon arrival. We were even able to check-in early since we were arriving prior to the normal check-in time. The loft is exactly the way it is shown in the photos - very chic, clean and modern. Once we put our luggage down, we were given a binder full of the best places to go for every occasion including shopping, dinner, cocktails, tourism, ghost tours, etc. The binder also explained in detail how to operate the flat-screen TV that came equipped with DirecTV and Apple TV (if you wanted to listen to music, watch YouTube and more) as well as many other details regarding the loft itself and the town. The location is perfect for exploring everything the city has to offer and just about everything is within walking distance - the City Market, the River St. bars/restaurants, some of the town squares, boutique shops, trolley stops and more. Upon arrival, we did a little exploring in the afternoon and then went out to eat at the Local 11 Ten Restaurant on the far side of Forsyth Park (the only place we drove to all weekend). This was one of the places I had on my list to have dinner, but it was also recommended in the binder that was left for us. After a great dinner, we headed back to the loft briefly before walking to River St. for drinks. After a few drinks, including an alcoholic slushy at Wet Willie's, we called it a night. The queen-size bed is very comfortable! The next morning we walked to Goose Feathers Cafe for breakfast (highly recommend the cappuccino chocolate chip muffins or the quiche) and then purchased passes to ride the trolley and tour the city for the afternoon. This is a must if you want to learn about the history of the city. We grabbed a drink and rode the trolley for almost the full tour aside from hopping off for a late lunch at One-Eyed Lizzy's. After completing the tour, we went back to an area that we wanted to explore on foot. We then walked back to the loft to get refreshed before heading out to dinner again. Sunday morning, we checked out of the loft, made a return trip to Goose Feathers, picked up a couple souvenirs and headed to Bonaventure Cemetery and Tybee Island. I don't think we could have found a better place to stay for the weekend and when we do return to Savannah, we will surely stay at Eli's loft again! I highly recommend it!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed in the loft for 4 nights over Memorial Day Weekend. It couldn't have been a more perfect choice! It was very modern and comfortable, and everything appeared brand new and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The owner was very easy to work with! Location wise, the loft is right where you "want to be." We didn't have a car and chose to walk around the beautiful city (the way to go, in our opinion). The longest walk we had was to Forsyth Park, and that was only about 20 mins. Pretty much everything we needed and wanted to do was only a few blocks away! If we have the opportunity to come back to Savannah, we will happily stay in the loft again!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This loft was just perfect for our girl’s weekend in Savannah. We absolutely enjoyed the loft itself and its proximity to everything we were there to see and do. The location can not get any better! We missed our connecting flight to Savannah and the owner was just so accommodating and understanding about our situation. He graciously met us hours later than our original arrival time and gave us wonderful information about places to eat and see; which were all great! We would both HIGHLY recommend staying here!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I recently returned from a three day stay in Eli's incredible loft! The pictures and descriptions truly do not give it justice! The loft is very comfortable and has so many personal touches that you feel as if you are staying in your own home away from home! We especially enjoyed his wonderful pieces of art and only wished we knew more about them! The loft itself is in the perfect location for walking tours around historic Savannah and taking advantage of all of the restaurants and taverns nearby by. It's so wonderful to be able to spend the day sightseeing, come "home" and relax a while before heading out for dinner or drinks on Broughton, City Market or Riverwalk. Eli is also incredibly flexible and was in frequent contact with us regarding our arrival time, which was not predictable because we were driving from Charleson and was able to meet us right as we got into town. If you have the opportunity to visit Savannah, this loft will only enhance your stay and make you feel like you were really a part of the vibe of the city! Thank you for sharing your loft with those of us that love to travel!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

My new husband and I spent 5 days in this loft for our honeymoon! The loft is very stylish, with a variety of multi-cultural art and modern style furniture. Anyone who is appreciative of the arts or travel would be impressed by the decor. It's location is PERFECT!!! We parked our car in a parking garage and forgot we had it. We walked everywhere!! The owner, Eli, is extremely accommodating and friendly. We even went out for drinks with him one evening and had a wonderful time! City Market and Lulu's Chocolate Bar are located right near the loft, we spent quite a bit of time in the City Market and were so happy it was in our "back yard." We also saw a Sand Gnats, minor league baseball, game while we were vacationing and had so much fun!! Another place we would recommend is Smiles, a dueling piano bar, which is a few blocks walking distance from the loft. We would highly recommend a stay at Eli's Chic Loft on Broughton Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
