Bita Bay House is the quintessential Bahamian beach house. It's one of the original beachfront homes on Green Turtle and is very private. The large great room has ocean views from every angle include double front doors that open onto a wrap around porch which is protected by a wide hip roof. Sitting on the front porch you preside over 300' of ocean front beach. The house sits on the dune and is just steps from the ocean. Bita Bay gets its name from an offshore island which sits in front of the house creating a calm, protected ocean front bay. The house can not been seen from the road and is discovered down a windy drive lined with palm trees.

                  About the owner: We enjoy sharing Bita Bay House and the wonderful world of Green Turtle with families from all over the world.

                  Why the Owner Chose Green Turtle Cay:
                  We've been visiting Green Turtle Cay for 25 years and were fortunate to be able to buy Bita Bay when our kids were young. They spent their summers there and we are now renting more often as they are grown-up and we can't quite retire there...yet. Green Turtle is a special place that we call home. Bita Bay House is just as special.

                  The Unique Benefits at this House:
                  Watch your family play on the beach and in the water from the front porch. Snorkle just off the beach on a calm reef, fish from the beach for bonefish or snapper. Experienced boaters can actually anchor in front of the house during the day (never overnight). Sun rises and moon rises are brilliant. The property is very private with mature island plantings and an ever expanding palm tree grove.
