Located in the preferred South Tower at the beautiful Ocean Creek Plantation family resort, this condo has been described as "the nicest unit by far" at the 57 acre beachfront resort community.
This simply magnificent condo has a direct oceanfront view and is situated on the 12th floor. Its full-mirrored Living Room allows you to take advantage of the breathtaking, panoramic views of the exclusive Briarcliff and Windy Hill Beaches of the blue south Atlantic. This completely renovated unit has been professionally decorated throughout with a "sea-scape" theme. Appliances are new and window treatments and bedding have been custom made to further separate this condo from all the others. The condo is fully air-conditioned and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans for your added comfort. Professional enhancements are made to our condo each year to add to our guests' comfort. This past year a new custom-designed sofa, love seat and window treatments were added. New ceramic tiles were professionally installed, and the Guest Bath was completely remodeled featuring cultured marble walls and vanity. It is not surprising that our guests write: "Your condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and has a spectacular view." Another family wrote: "We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 11 years and your condo has been the nicest by far."
The condo features HIGH SPEED INTERNET connections either by wireless or DSL ethernet cable. A beach locker with chairs is also provided for added convenience.
The condo sleeps eight persons comfortably and has a fully stocked kitchen, two baths, 3 cable TVs, a DVD and a full-size washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom to the large private balcony and the soothing sounds of the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed and a TV/VCR with a large private bath and double sinks. Another bedroom has twin-size beds and has direct access to the spacious Guest Bathroom. There is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed,TV and VCR.
The Living Room has a queen-size pullout sofa, love seat, and a flat screen TV, VCR and DVD. The full-mirrored wall takes advantage of stunning ocean views from any direction. The South Tower has a large private pool and the interior portion is heated for year round swimming. An indoor hot tub is adjacent to the pool. NO PETS are allowed and SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
Ocean Creek is considered one of the finest resorts on the Grand Strand. The beach was voted as "America’s Best Family Beach" by the Discovery Travel Channel. At the 57 acre Ocean Creek resort there are plenty of things to do. Hike on the lush, tropical landscaped grounds, relax at the beach snack bar, play a game of volleyball, frolic at the playground by the sea, ride the tides along the saltwater creek, boogie board on the surf, or skim board along the wet sands, or stroll just across the street and shop, dine or be entertained at the popular Barefoot Landing complex.
There are seven tennis courts including two clay ones. Over 100 golf courses are located nearby. There is a beach Lifeguard on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is 24 hour security on premises.

We have stayed at the Sea Schak four times over the last several years and wouldn't think of staying in any other unit. The unit is impeccably clean and all the appliances work perfectly. Every time we come down there is another upgrade that has been made to the unit. Just when you think they couldn't do anything else to make our stay more enjoyable, there's new furniture or new washer & dryer, etc. The owners are easy to contact, very helpful and answer all our questions. I would absolutely recommend this unit to anyone who wants a relaxing, comfortable vacation!

This oceanfront condo is perfect! We have stayed here the past 5 years for our annual family trip to Myrtle Beach. The first thing that you see when you walk into this condo, is the awesome view of the ocean. The owners, Ray & Gail, are constantly updating and adding new items to the condo. They are a pleasure to work with and strive to make the condo perfect for your vacation. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel like you are at home. We are very impressed with how clean the condo is and anything that you need is available in the kitchen. There is even a beach locker available for your use so you don't have to carry your items back to the condo every day. Ocean Creek is close to shopping and lots of great restaurants. We are already planning our next Myrtle Beach vacation!

Since 1980, we have been vacationing at Myrtle Beach and for the past 15 years we have been staying at the Ocean Creek Resort. We are very happy to have found the "Sea Schak" six years ago and we have been staying there ever since then. Having satisfied renters is Gail and Ray's number one priority. Each year they make improvements to this fantastic condo. The secret is out about the "Sea Schak", because we have told all our friends about this diamond in the rough. Ray and Gail Schnak were so wonderful to work with. They were very interested in making sure everything was taken care of to make our check in and stay as easy and wonderful as it was. Their condo was beautiful with attention to every detail of decorating that it made it as beautiful and beachy inside as the view was on the outside. It had that warm and inviting feeling when we checked in and continued as we relaxed and enjoyed the ocean front view from the balcony or sitting area. The restuarants and shopping are so convenient . You can walk to many of them or it is just a short drive to restuarant row , shows, and the outlet stores, We plan to continue to use this condo for our visits in 2011.Perfect for the whole family, women's retreat, or taking the grand kids for a week at the beach.

I am almost reluctant to post a review of the "Sea Schak"..We have been vacationing in Ray and Gail's second home at Ocean Creek for quite some time about twice a year. To use the word excellent does not even come up to par with the accomodations. Ray and Gail have seen to every little detail in their "spotless" condo....as for the view--well-----there are NO words! Close your eyes and picture true serenity...what could be better than a 12th floor ocean front.....Both Ray and Gail are excellent to work with, they actually "care" about every renters happiness... I have always been a firm believer in "you get what you pay for" well obviously so are Ray and Gail...right down to the custom made bedding and drapes.. Ray is also the only condo owner that calls to make sure everything is up to "your" standards...I have been renting at Ocean Creek for 24 years and never before has an owner been so helpful and caring as the Schaks!

We have been coming to Ocean Creek since 1992 and this condo is the nicest we have ever stayed in. The condo is in excellent shape. We love how nicely decorated it was and the beachy theme with several upgrades are great! The kitchen was fully equipped. King size bed in the MBR was nice. Because the condo faces directly out to the ocean, we had spectacular views from living room, the master bedroom and the balcony. We even watched dolphins swim down the coast! Owners were a pleasure to work with. Great condo for a reasonable price. We will definitely return next year ( or maybe sooner!) Thank you so much for a memorable vacation!
