Plenty of entertaining space with dining table for 8-10, granite kitchen island with 4 stools, buffet bar, stainless appliances and drawer pulls, Professional Series Frigidaire range, oven, refrigerator, and all of the conveniences of your home kitchen. Living room made comfy with woodburning fireplace, 55 inch flatscreen HDTV with BluRay, love seat, chair and couch. Slider out to side deck. 1/2 bath off kitchen.
Great room opens to sunroom with sofa and lounge chair, doggie bed and card or cocktail table plus games and puzzles.
Upstairs master bedroom with King, small walk-in closet, flatscreen HDTV, and door out to private deck. Granite countertops, twin sinks, glass shower with pebble floor, and Kohler soaking tub. Fun mini glassblock trim make this quite a classy master bath!
Downstairs, second master bedroom with CA King and two huge mirrored closets which reflect the abundance of natural light from a multitude of windows! Whitewashed pine ceiling with open rafters, Flatscreen HDTV, windowseat and a twin size sofabed. Twin sinks with marble counters, glassblock wall trim, glass shower with pebble floor. Double French doors open to second sunroom with Queen sofabed, chair, HDTV with DVD player and more puzzles and games.
Hardwood hallway floor leads to three more bedrooms and two bathrooms plus laundry room. Both full bathrooms downstairs with iridescent metallic glass tile accent wrapping the room, marble counters and showertub. First bedroom on the right with Double bed, wood panel wall. Back bedroom with Queen bed, mirrored closet, lots of windows and natural light. Third bedroom off hallway with double bed, cool colors, vanity. Door off hallway leads to back steps outside and newly installed hot tub!
