This 6,000sf quintessential Park City styled home is perfect for discriminating families and couples. Our three level home features an open floor plan with beautiful hardwood floors with radiant heating on the main floor, vaulted ceilings, stone fireplaces, plush carpeting, travertine stone floors, and granite and marble kitchen and bath tabletops. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, with additional sleeping accommodations for two in the 3rd bedroom loft.
Our main floor is a well appointed open great room with a stone fireplace in the living room area, TV/DirectTV, state-of-the art kitchen with granite bar that seats 6, dining area with seating for 8, cozy breakfast dining area, study, guest bathroom, laundry room, floor to ceiling windows with full views of the mountains, the Canyons Ski Resort, Utah Olympic Park and Swaner Nature Preserve, backyard patio area and a large covered balcony with a gas BBQ.
The second floor consists of three bedrooms with full baths: (a) the master bedroom features a king bed, TV/DirectTV, double vanities, double-sided fireplace, European walk-in shower, and Spa jetted tub with a fabulous view of the mountains, (b) two twin beds with balcony view of the mountains, (c) queen bed plus a spacious sleeping loft with two twin beds accessed by a short ladder, (d) the very large lower level consists of a family room with a king-size convertible sofa bed, TV/DirectTV, billards table, fireplace, pub table & chairs, and two large covered patios with full views of the Swaner Nature Preserve and the Wasatch Mountains.

Located near the popular Kimball Junction area off I-80, skiers will find this home conveniently located near Canyons Resort, Deer Valley, PCMR, world class shopping, fabulous restaurants, grocery markets, gyms, Park City Recreation Center and several spa facilities. The Sundance Film Festival in Old Town is just 15 minutes away. Free Shuttle services, one-half block away and running every 1/2 hr, will take you to the center of town and drop you at all ski resorts and other destinations along the route.

Great Company Retreat
We hosted my husband's employees and spouses to a weekend retreat at this beautiful home. There were 8 of us and we came especially to soak in the beautiful fall leaves. The home was very comfortable, as we enjoyed breakfasts together and evening games/movies. The home had all the items we needed and was very clean and very well kept up. Beautiful view of the Swaner Nature Preserve also. We enjoyed downtown Park City dining and mountain biking on the famous Mid-Mountain trail. We would love to do it again.

Six guys getting together for our annual ski trip. Gorgeous home with over 5000 sq. ft. to enjoy, with fantastic views of the ski resorts and mountains. Great location, great skiing. Friendly & courteous property manager greeted us with a large basket of fruit and gave us a tour of the home. Will definitely be back next year!

We were here over the Christmas holidays for a wedding and our extended family of 8 really enjoyed staying at this wonderful home. It is huge so there was plenty of room for everyone to sit around the fireplace or go off and play billiards in the downstairs living area. The home is very comfortable with luxurious furnishings and the views from the floor to ceiling windows are fabulous. At night you can see the lights of the Canyons Ski Resort and Kimball Junction, and even the slopes are lit. Overall we had a wonderful time staying here and enjoying the peace and tranquility of the area while being minutes away from everything. We definitely will here stay again on our next trip to Park City.
