  Thank you, thank you Claudia! What a terrific base for my daughter and myself while in NYC for college visits. Loved that the subway was only a few blocks away and that you were always so quick to respond to any questions. My only issues, if you can even call it that, was a coffee maker would have been a nice addition, though, there are several coffee shops within the neighborhood. I totally recommend this property! Thank you again!

  We had a great experience renting this apartment! The owner was very friendly and responded quickly to all or our questions. She was always professional and on time. We really felt at home while we were there. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet ,and the apartment is VERY clean and comfortable. I stayed there with my husband and 10 month old, and it was perfect for us! Everything you need is within walking distance, and there is a subway stop not far away. We have friends who live in the upper east side who told us that this was the best neighborhood to stay in, and they were right! We would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it to any couple visiting the city or a family with an infant who wants a quiet, safe place to stay.

  I have booked this property for my friend and I for a quick trip to NYC and we couldn't have been happier- better than we expected! And honestly I had pretty high expectations after reading the reviews. Neighborhood is excellent, safe, with everything one might need within minutes. Owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We truly felt like home and we will definitely return for a longer trip!

  I depend heavily on the reviews I read to determine where to stay and the other 3 reviews were spot on! This was such a lovely place, in a great location and we were comfortable from beginning to end. The owner was so trustworthy and meticulous in all the details of our stay. To be honest, as a "foodie" I was busy chasing all the recommended restaurants but the numerous restaurants around the neighborhood were among the best to be found! I've spent time in Tokyo, Paris, San Francisco and Las Vegas but New York has the best food bar none.We can hardly wait to return and experience more of life there.

  My sister and I stayed in this cute, very clean studio apt .......the bed was great and the location was perfect. We could walk safely everywhere, even late at night. We were so grateful to the owner for responding to our every inquiry promptly and being so helpful. We had been led on by another owner for days (vrbo listing 193855 on E86th) who rented their unit out from under us, so at the last minute we found this apt and an honest, gracious owner. We did wish that there was a little "sitting corner" and a coffee pot but we definitely had a great visit!

  This first floor studio is on a quiet street and has a very "safe" feeling to it. If you have trouble with stairs, this would be an excellent choice. The apartment was nicely appointed and had a comfortable bed. It was very satisfactory for my needs and a reasonable price for the upper east side.

  Recommended for: Age 55+.

  Our stay was excellent from every point of view. Apartment was exactly as described; very clean, great location, everything we needed was within minutes, including best museums! Definitely would recommend it!

Please note there is a cleaning fee of $100.

Cancellation policy:

Check in time is 3PM or later and check out 11AM or earlier. Linens and towels will be provided. There is a mandatory fee of $75 for cleaning per booking to be paid in cash at arrival. In case of cancellation you will be refunded the amount paid minus the equivalent of one night. House rules: Please lock the door every time you leave the premises. Although the door locks automatically, please lock with the key as well. Windows are to be locked whenever not at home. Please contact me first with any questions or concerns via email and call/text.
