Newly built, stunning, luxuriously furnished, and spacious water-fronted villas on the prestigious Rodney Bay Marina (St Lucia North), all a short walk from local amenities. The ideal holiday location, with most things that you need to complete your holiday right on your doorstep. All the villas at this secure location are self-contained and benefits from the constant gentle cool sea breeze.
Note that the Harbour is made up of 25 privately owned villas of which approximately 10 are rented out long and short term. The remainder of the units are unoccupied most of the year due to the fact that the owners live abroad and do not all visit at the same time. As a result the grounds and pool is never crowded and there are always plenty of docks available for mooring a yacht.

Beautiful Condo! Beautiful Island!
I stayed at #1 The Harbour, during my 2nd stay to St. Lucia in August 2011. This condo is centrally located in the buzz of the north part of the Island, and is walking distance to everything you need, like restaurants, the strip where the malls are located, as well as 2 or 3 grocery stores which are conveniently located only a short 2 min walk away. The condo itself is IMMACULATE. It is very clean and classy, with beautiful finishings and features, including Air Conditioning and televisions, both upstairs and downstairs, 2 large closets, a safe, a dishwasher and 2 patios (one off the master bedroom, and one off the family room). There is also wireless internet in the house, which connects very quickly and securely. This is a safe community, with a gated entry and security staff . There is also a lovely pool in the complex, and the waterfront just a skip away. It was very convenient to pick up the key from the Bay Gardens Inn, upon my arrival on the island. I enjoyed that the house had a full kitchen, as I was able to make my own lunches, and reheat any leftovers I may have picked up the same day. The owner Robert was extremely friendly, and helpful in answering any questions before my arrival. I live in Toronto Canada, and realized that my appliances (hair dryer etc) are not compatible with the plugs in St Lucia (I learned this on my first trip), so make sure you bring a transformer if you visit the island. I brought this to Robert's attention, and he quickly responded and told me he could bring me a transformer if I required one. Another nice feature, was that every day, a maid would come to the door and ask if I needed anything. I had gone out one day, and left some dishes in the sink, and when I came home, I realized she had washed the dishes for me while I was out. The master bedroom is a king bed that can separate into 2 twin beds. I have nothing negative to feed back about this property. It was immaculate, very contemporary and extremely clean. I definitely hope to visit this property again, the next time I am in St Lucia. Thanks Robert, for making my stay so enjoyable!

We stayed in unit 1, a one bedroom two story condo for two weeks in Jan 2011. The condo has wonderful fixtures and a washer and dryer. This condo complex is well located. It is close to the beach, shopping, food stores, restaurants and night life. One of the best located rentals in Rodney Bay. Mr Robert, the manager, was helpful with local and tour information. Kerstin, our maid, was friendly and very polite.

I highly recommend this property for anyone desiring to stay in the Rodney Bay area of St Lucia. Unless you are dead set on a resort, which I heard many were not as beautiful as depicted in their descriptions, this Villa/Townhome is a wonderful place. The description and photographs provided were right on. It is a gated community that exits right into the heart of Rodney Bay, steps away from dining and shopping, however, Reduit Beach is more like a 15 minute walk, not 4-5. The place was extremely clean and well kept making for a true home feel. The pool was clean and refreshing and the hot tub a pleasant way to end a great day of Scuba diving. The surrounding gardens have a lush, tropical feel. The service was astounding!! Unfortunately due to inclement weather, we arrived 1 day late to the island. Since I was able to extend our stay in St Lucia by one day I had to arrange for additional accomodations. Having already paid for the villa in advance, I contacted Robert Joseph, the manager, and requested he not only extend our stay one day, but shift the actual nights one day thereby not paying for a night that I wouldn't be there and having to spend for an additional night there. Mr Joseph gladly made the rearrangements immediately at no additional charge. From a financial perspective, Mr Joseph could have still charged me for the original first night that I was not able to be on the island and perhaps made an additional profit for the extended night. However, he chose not to. His actions turned a vacation that started out hectic and demanding into a pleasant and comfortable experience. Upon arriving at the Villa we were coincidentally greeted by Claudia, Mr Josephs girlfriend. She gladly assisted with getting settled into the right villa and even took the time to show us the surrounding area introducing us to some family and friends within the town. Our check in day was my fiance's birthday and upon discovering this, Claudia arranged for her friends at the resaurant Delerious to take good care of us. Your stay at this location would be a care free and enjoyable experience.

Owner response: There are 3 entrances to the local Reduit Beach: 1. The closest is track next to the Papillon hotel (5 mins walk) 2. The second entrance is through the Rex hotel (6 mins walk) 3. The third entrance is a road next to the Royal St Lucia hotel (15 mins walk)
