The blend of contemporary and traditional design makes this two-bedroom, two-bath penthouse condo a delight. Beautiful travertine tile extends from the front door to the carpeted bedrooms. A modern beach theme welcomes frequent beach travelers and helps blends all the unique and welcomed upgrades!
The comfortable living room includes a leather sofa with chaise lounge. The sliding glass door opens onto a large balcony with a great southern coastal view of the Atlantic Ocean and the intra-coastal waterway. The open concept provides the perfect backdrop for a great vacation.
For your entertainment the owners have spared no expense. The living room includes a 55' flat-screen HDTV with surround sound as well as a Blu-ray player (Netflix enabled) and X-box video game console (games included). An HDMI connection is available for most i-OS devices (iPhone/iPad). A laptop is here for your use while you’re down here so, there is no need to bring your own. Cable with full HDTV available in every room as well as fast Wi-Fi (10mbs service!).
The well-equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and has amazing sunset views beautifully showcased by the floor to ceiling mirrors in the living room.
The master bedroom with attached bath, is beautifully decorated with a king-size bed, night stands, double dresser, wall-mounted 40 inch HDTV with a Blu-ray player. The master bedroom is quite spacious and still has a seriously large closet.
A lovely seating area makes a great place to read a book or simply enjoy the breathtaking water views. The sliding glass door opens onto the balcony for easy access to ocean breezes and amazing morning sunlight.
The guest bedroom features a two twin beds as well as a roll away bed to comfortably sleep three. A nightstand, double dresser, and 32 inch HDTV with a Blu-ray player. You are sure to enjoy the ocean and intra-coastal views. The guest bath is conveniently located just across the hall. The in unit laundry has a full sized washer and dryer
The large balcony, complete with table and chairs, affords the perfect place to enjoy a good meal while watching ocean waves or sailboats on the intra-coastal waterway. Can't you just picture yourself enjoying the sun, gentle ocean breezes, or sipping a fine wine while watching a spectacular sunset over the intra-coastal waterway!
This is a secure building with underground parking and outside guest parking. The ocean-front pool has plenty of seating, tables, umbrellas, a cabana, barbecue grill, and restrooms. The ocean is just steps from the pool.

I just returned from my stay at Sandpoint, Unit 8E. Sandpoint is located right on the Ocean in Daytona Beach Shores.From the large balcony you can see the Ocean and Inter-coastal waterway. Great views during the day and at night. It is handy to shopping, restaurants and many attractions. I was very pleased with the unit, it is secure, very clean, well maintained, looked just like the pictures and had all the amenties listed {the TV in the livingroom is actually 55 inches not 32 inches}. Brad, the owner was very helpful in answering all of my questions in a very timely fashion. This was great as this was the first time I have rented and the first time I have travelled alone.. I would recommend this property to my family and friends, actually my parents, sister, brother-in-law and friends were down at the same time, so they visited me at Sandpoint and really liked it too .Maybe I shouldn't tell too many people. LOL. I went for total R&R and got that at Sandpoint, the pool is clean and heated, there are lots of tables, loungers and chairs and when we wanted to go out, there was many nice restaurants {like The Deck, Blackbeard's, Crabby Joe's, Aunt Ann's Catfish etc.}, shopping at Volusia Mall, Lunch and Gambling out on a Casino boat. There are many things to do for all ages. This unit is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. It is truly a home away from home. It felt like that right away. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and looking forward to going back. Nina and Mickey in the office were very helpful in arranging for my late arrival. Thanks Brad for letting me stay at your beautiful Condo.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
