  Our family of five spent a wonderful vacation at this beautiful beach front home. We have rented houses in various cities and states and all agree this house is by far the BEST. The house itself is immaculate, beautifully decorated and well maintained with beautiful views of lake michigan from the deck, living room and master bedroom. The wide, sandy beach is only a few steps from the deck. House is fully stocked with everything you need for a stress free week including: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/linens, board games, beach chairs & toys, Disney movies :), two grills and bikes (easy access to bike path in front of home). We took day trips to Grand Haven and Holland which are both just minutes away. All my communications with the owner were quickly answered and centered around making our trip a success. Our family would recommend this rental!

  This home is beautiful, very clean, well stocked kitchen, gorgeous view of the lake from deck or master bedroom, comfortable bedrooms, gorgeous master bedroom, owner is exceptional to work with. They state it is a cottage, but it is actually a great home. Great location for trips to Holland, Saugatuk, and Grand Haven. Four of us loved our stay!

  We escaped from a hectic work life to a fantastic, relaxing getaway. Our 5 day-4 night stay was totally relaxing and brought us back to the beauty of 'Sand,sun and water'. The accommodations were great-as advertised. Great cottage with modern updates-clean and pristine. Right on the water-we enjoyed the sound of waves at night with our open windows and sea breezes! Great place and had a super time.

  Our family of five had such an amazing time staying at this lakeside home last year!! The home is updated, spacious, charming and spotless. It has all the luxuries of home. The views are spectacular...especially out of the master, back bedroom and living room! The access to the beach is key. We also loved the location to nearby cool and fun towns. You have all the privacy you want, yet there is so much to do! The owners are wonderful and very considerate and accommodating. We can't wait to go back again this Summer!:)

  My family stayed at this beautiful cottage the week of July 16 - July 22. The house was very clean and well decorated. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the pots and pans, plates, glasses and utensils anyone could need. The views are great from inside the house as well as from the deck. The beach is very close with easy access. We didn't find any rocks on the beach - just soft sand. The sand in the water is equally soft and tapers slowly giving a large area for little ones to swim in shallow water. The home owner was extremely pleasant to deal with and we cannot wait for our trip there next year! No complaints here - couldn't have been better.

  Everything about this property is as stated and more. The access to the beach is the best compared to other properties, close to the beach and less stairs to climb, especially important when carrying young children and equipment. The house itself is spotless, very well cared for with up to date furnishings. Everything you would need is here and the owner goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Also very private. Perfect location between ciities with many activity options. The sidewalks and trails across the street give options for walking, jogging or exploring the woods. We would definitely love to stay here again, and have nothing negative to say about our time there.

Weekly Rentals - Saturday to Saturday - $3400/week plus $125 cleaning fee 
Memorial and Labor Day Weekends-$400.00 per night plus cleaning fee
Available for weekend/nightly rentals late August through mid-June. Contact owner.
Reservation/Security Deposit (due at booking) - $500
50% due 60 days before arrival, with balance to be paid 14 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit will be returned within 3 weeks after check-out, less any damages
Early June and September weekly discounts available.
