  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We shared the house with another family and it was more than spacious enough for the eight of us. Be prepared to hike to the lift - there is really no way around it. It's not bad in the morning because it is downhill. After a day of skiing, though, the uphill hike back to the house is unwelcome. All in all, it is a beautiful house and we had a blast.

  Place was great! Very comfortable, big screen TVs, comfortable beds, nice hot tub....couldn't have asked for much more. It's a very short walk to Snowflake lift (150 yards) which is perfect for getting your day started early. The Free Ride shuttle stops across the street so no matter where you come off the mountain, you can get a FREE ride home. You can also rent all your gear and get lift tickets right there at Snowflake. We also walked to dinner two nights which wasn't too bad either. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a space to stay in Breck. The owner is super nice gave us a great reference guide for our stay in Breck. I highly recommend this place. Big thanks to the owner.

  We had a great time staying in this town house over our spring break. It is very roomy, great location and a very good value. The owner is very nice and accomodating. We would definitely recommend staying here.

  This place was awesome. I met up with a couple family friends here and it was such a good time. The place had several options for people to lay their head. Plenty of room to store your skis and ski boots in the garage. Decent size kitchen and laundry room, hot tub on the balcony, and beautiful views from every level. Can't beat it, perfect bang for the buck.

  This is a great townhome! It has everything you'll every need for a ski trip getaway. The 10-12 is accurate, and maybe even more if you have kids willing to crash on the big comfortable couch in the living room. It has a true Colorado authentic feel and is well kept. The lower level has heated floors, which is an added bonus after coming off the slopes. This is a perfect destination for a few families wanting to come together or a group of friends looking for an afforable place to ski in and ski out. Chair 9 is right down the road. You can walk right to the lift and ski back home at the end of the day. Sizable TV in the living room. Living room is great for lounging and visiting! Owners of the townhome are very easy to work with and were very communicative.

  Stayed with some friends in early January and the accomodations far exceeded my expecatations. Plenty of space with roomy bedrooms, and two with patio access to the hot tub! The hot tub was a perfect night cap after a day of skiing. Access to the lifts was great and the snowflake lift allowed you to ski either peak 8 or peak 9, giving you plenty of trail options. The condo is also close to town so you can experience everything Breckenridge has to offer. They provided us with a list of some of their favorite restaurants, all of which were wonderful and very reasonably priced. Next year when I make a trip to Breckenridge, Gary will be the first to know to ensure I have a place to stay. A great place and great location with great people renting it out!!

  I stayed here with friends and family at the beginning of January and had a ball. I am not much of a skier but the place is great for hanging out and relaxing in beautiful Breckenridge, CO! It is a short walk to the ski lifts and town. The townhouse has a garage and a driveway to accomadate two vehicles (which is key for anyone who has dealt with parking in Breckenridge). All the amentities you have at home are available here (with the addition of a hot tub). The washer and dryer are particularly handy after a few days of mountain sports. I would definitely rent this place again and hope to do so next winter. The owners are very accomadating and a pleasure to deal with.

  Very comfortable, easy to find, beautifully decorated, lot's of space. Stayed here for two nights with friends. Incredibly close to the ski lift. Loved the location. Very quick to town, and very quick to the lift. Comfortable beds, bathroom floor is heated!!! So nice in the morning. Hot tub on the back balcony. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

  I had the pleasure of staying in this home during my recent trip to Breckenridge, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vacation rental in the area. I had a group of 8 single adults with me, all who prefer their own space. This home far exceeded our expectations, and we were all extremely comfortable with our accommodations. The beds were comfortable, clean, and the lines were fresh. The kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and cookware needed to cook a 5 star meal (which we certainly did!) The hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing. We were pleasantly surprised at the close proximity to the Snowflake lift, where we were able to get our lift passes and get right on the mountain. The rental process was easy and professional with the owners, and I sincerely appreciate their help making our vacation a success.

  We came up just before Christmas with our extended family. Gary was very accomodating and helpful in making arrangement to get the payment and make sure the house was ready. It is a lovely place: beautiful wood, warm, wall-to-wall carpet, nice bathrooms, nice appliances and great hot tub. A short walk to one of the peak 8 lifts. Gary was kind enough to send back a coat we left. We will certainly return here when we can to Breckenridge. This was a very good deal. Happy family in CT/NY.
