Location, location, location !! This beautiful, scenic residence is located just five minutes from Angel Fire Resort Golf Course and Country Club and just mintues away from all other services and activities such as town center, restaurants, shops, etc. The location is very convenient, with a great view-- you do not have to travel way up a steep hill and it is very nicely decorated in the Southwest style--not your typical pared-down rental.
Featuring a large open-air deck, the house literally hangs off the side of the mountain with great views of Wheeler Peak and the Angel Fire Resort Golf and Country Club. The sunken, carpeted, great room, located on the lower level, features a large rock, wood-burning,fireplace, 20-ft. ceilings, large decorative fan, large flat-screen TV and comfy over-stuffed leather furniture.
A loft, that serves as an office/reading area on the second level over-looks the great room.
The well-equipped kitchen and dining area are located on a raised area adjacent to the great room. Both areas are appointed with original art and dhurrie area carpets.A bedroom and large laundry room are also on the lower level with extra closets and ski-wear storage.
A second bedroom and Master bedroom are on the second level. All carpeted bedrooms have closets and carpeted ensuite bathrooms featuring a tub/shower combination and additional large storage/closet facilities. Each second-level bedroom has a small viewing balcony that provides a magnificent panrama of the stunning views beyond. Cable TV is provided in each bedroom as well.

A lovely home with a great location that's almost ski-in. Photos don't do this home justice. Jeanne was a pleasure to work with.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was perfectly configured for 2 families. Parents got their own room, kids all shared the 3rd bedroom. Couch was available for overflow. Close to slopes. SO many stairs. We sea level people were out of breath going up and down while loading and unloading!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
Owner response: Hi Greg so glad you liked the house---sorry about those steps-you cannot rent a house on the ski slopes in Angel Fire without some steps--but since you have rented my house multiple times in the past ski seasons, the steps don;t seem to be a deterrent problem for you. About the owner: We have several rental investment properties so are accustomed to accommodating clients on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. We have been doing this for the last 15 years in Missouri, Arkansas, and New Mexico. It is our goal to provide an inviting, warm atmosphere, different from the typical pared down rental environment. Our properties are located on mountains, golf courses,in gated communities, etc, all with quick access to popular activities, services and amenities.

We have chosen this particular location for the beautiful, healthy environment, the proximity to skiing, golf and the many other activities throughout the year that can be found in the Angel Fire area. Animal lovers, we are fascinated by the deer and elk that roam in the area and can often be seen grazing on the mountain.
Angel Fire, with its reasonable prices for skiing, golf, and other activities, affords greater vacation opportunities for many more families and that greatly appeals to us, too. In accordance, we have tried to keep out rental rates in line with that philosophy.
