  Great spot with VERY close access to the beach. Wonderful and very roomy condo. We had a great time there and the owner is accommodating and helpful. Loved the hot tub and other amenities (internet, cable, etc). Thanks! This is the place to stay.

  Was a very wonderful place to stay. Had washer/dryer, and had a grill. Beds were very comfortable and had plenty of room for kids, and dogs. Had a small issue with keys but was taken care of immediately. The family had a great time in the hot tub in the evenings, and had a table and chairs outside patio to enjoy the nice evenings. Will definitely will stay here again. The price was better than staying in a hotel, and more room. Also will be a great place for people with small kids, Patrick has the condo child proof for families with small kids.

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

  This place is exquisite ! Let me recap: Sleeping: there are 3 beds in 3 separate rooms :1 downstairs and 2 upstairs. Clean sheets and comforters are provided. Sofa in the living room for those afternoon naps. Bath: 1.5 bathrooms downstairs and 1 bathroom upstairs. There are clean towel provided. Kitchen: Full equipped kitchen with all the utensils. There is also a BBQ on the patio. There is a very well stocked HEB (groceries store) 10 minutes away, right before to the bridge to the island. Entertainment: 3 TVs, WII station, electric piano. There is also a wireless network available inhouse. Other features: a Jacuzzi on the patio (easily seats 4); a hammock on the upper balcony. We were very impressed with the modern decorations in the house. There are prints from a lot of contemporary artists. The library is also reasonably stocked. The house was in impeccable clean condition when we arrived. The place is located 1 block away from the beach (3 minutes walking, 30 seconds driving). This is a place that we highly recommend. If we ever come back to Corpus Christi, this is the place where we want to stay again.

  What a wonderful alternative to the hotels next door. For a few dollars more we traded a cramped single room small single bath hotel room for a very nice spacious condominium. Our 3 boys enjoyed the downstairs with private bedroom and 1 and ½ baths just for them. This also included 2 TV’s for them, one in the bedroom and an HD TV in the living room, along with a wii, an very nice electric piano and hot tub outside. My wife and I were able to cordon off the upstairs bedroom with a 3rd TV, full bath, and a private porch with a large hammock. After a full day of activity, the boys really enjoyed their downstairs space and we were able to enjoy our upstairs space, something we were never able to find over at the hotel. It was a very short walk to the beach. The condominium’s public pool was free of crowds and crystal clean. Parking parallel to the garage put us within 5 feet of the vehicle each time we came and went which was real nice. We really enjoyed steaks on the grill on the back patio. The unit had lots of space along with a full size kitchen, refrigerator with ice maker, washer dryer, large collection of books and magazines, and many more extras. The unit also had many touches of home. Paying in full up front using PayPal to someone I’ve never met was not my preference however I noticed VRBO website offered “insurance” that protects the renter and comes to about 5% of the rental costs. As you can tell from the feedback, the insurance was unnecessary. We had a wonderful stay. Ray, Iris and the boys.
