There is a 90 day minimum rental requirement as per the HOA rules. This is such a relaxing, elegant home on a quiet cul-de-sac that you will love your time here. It is located easily off I-10 so it's simple to find and to get around town. The neighborhood has a dog park so if you bring your pet, he'll be able to run free now and then. The entry to the neighborhood features a huge fountain and lots of flowers and you'll feel secure with the guard gated entry. The open floorplan features a great room as well as a formal dining room. Outside you'll enjoy the private pool, patio set, two padded chaise lounges and covered sitting area. Inside,the big screen LED/LCD TV is equipped with cable and a Sony Playstation II that plays games and DVD's. The master suite features a huge shower, generous walk in closet and a slider to the back yard. There is a 2nd bedroom, full bathroom and an office which has WiFi, a desk, and a printer/scanner. This is our second home and we love it but since we are not retired yet, we cannot spend all of our time there yet. We offer this home for you to enjoy.

About the owner: Hi, my husband and myself purchased this newer home this year in preparation of our retirement years down the road. Our hopes are to become 'snowbirds' but for now, we don't have that luxury. If you rent our home, please take tender loving care of it as it is a special place to be sure.
