Our first floor, oceanside condo is newly painted, and there are ceiling fans in every room (in addition to the central air). There are TV's in two of the bedrooms, as well as the living room. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third room as two double beds. The full-size kitchen table is supplemented with a low counter with stools (great for kids!) We are just seconds from the beach, and a stone's throw away from sub and ice cream shops, and a convenience store.
Directly across the street is miniature golf, and we are walking distance to Ocean City favorites like Phillips Seafood and Fisher's Popcorn. Located on 140th on a quiet street. We have one parking spot at the rear of the building, and plenty of on-street parking.
