Property description

About the owner: I am a middle aged professional woman in the medical field. I have been managing my properties in Marco Island for over 20 years. I make sure that the condo is clean and organized. I try my very best to accommodate the tenant's needs that almost all of them come back every year.

Why the Owner Chose South Seas West:
I always wanted a beachfront unit at South Seas West. Aside from the spectacular views, it is quiet and close to nature. I like being at the north side because the sun is not blasting in the morning and I get a great view of the 'famous sunset.' I like the option of being able to rent a boat dock. The management is helpful and friendly as well as the residents. The gated community gives me a sense that the area is safe and secure. Marco Island was rated in 2014 as the #1 island in the US and the #4 in the world. This confirmed that my husband and I made an excellent decision to purchase this property in this island.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love waking up in the morning, opening the shade and looking at the beautiful view. I feel like I'm starting the day with an uplifting mood. Walking on the beach every morning keeps me in great shape. When I miss my daylight walk, I have an option to walk by the boat docks even at night. The water on the beach is warm for most months of the year. I can be satisfied staying inside the unit all day and looking at the spectacular views. It is soothing and relaxing. Coming to Marco Island and staying at my place forces me to have a healthy lifestyle. to be continued....
