Why the Owner Chose South Seas West:
I always wanted a beachfront unit at South Seas West. Aside from the spectacular views, it is quiet and close to nature. I like being at the north side because the sun is not blasting in the morning and I get a great view of the 'famous sundown.' I like the option of being able to rent a boat dock. The management is helpful and friendly as well as the residents. The gated community gives me a sense that the area is safe and secure. to be continued...
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
I love waking up in the morning, opening the shade and looking at the beautiful view. I feel like I'm starting the day with an uplifting mood. Walking on the beach every morning keeps me in great shape. When I miss my daylight walk, I have an option to walk by the boat docks even at night. The water on the beach is warm for most months of the year. I can stay in the in it for hours. It is soothing and relaxing. Coming to Marco Island and staying at my place forces me to have a healthy lifestyle. to be continued....
