  Don & Dawn, Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay at your condo. The photos do not do it justice. It was more then we expected. Very clean and well maintained. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The location was excellent and close to all theme parks.We enjoyed our stay and you made everything very accessible. We look forward to staying at your condo again in the future.

  We really enjoyed staying at Canuck's Sanctuary in May 2012 and loved that everyone had their own room. Everything was very modern and beautiful and very clean with lots of space. The pictures do not do justice. The owners were very helpful with any questions we had prior to our stay. We have rented in Florida many times and this condo has been the best so far. I would definitely recommend this property!! We look forward to coming back.

  Thanks again Don for sharing your beautiful condo.The location was perfect for us because we had to go to waterparks in Disney and Legoland.Having the supermarket so close to us was also a plus.We will definitely recommend your place to our friends and family.The way you process the reservations and all that was also great.Many,many thanks again!

  My husband and I rented this condo on August 15-August 18. We are from Deland but don't travel towards Orlando very much. It was a nice change of scenery, we even went to the mall of Milena. The condo is fantastic! We only used the master bedroom so we stayed on that side of the house. But the entire place is very clean, well organized, and looks great. The shower is large, along with the bathroom. There is a walk in closet in the bathroom with lots of extra towels and linens. There is a nice flat screen in the bedroom so we didn't even use the living room. The kitchen however is great! Regular sized fridge/freezer with a dishwasher, stove, blender, coffee maker, etc. Everything you would need. I was able to make meals plenty of times comfortably and enjoyed eating them on the bar. I would recommended this for anyone that is looking for a nice place to stay that is close to Orlando. Davenport is a small town but there is a Publix, Papa Johns, 7-11, and Dunkin Donuts right down the road. I would try and get there while it is light outside because the place did not show up on my GPS so we were able to find it based on the picture of the outside of the condo. Its on the 3rd floor but there is an elevator, and an actual key to the place. I have been to other places with the push in code that really doesn't work well. There is also a full washer and dryer, I brought my own detergent but it worked well!! I loved it so much, if my husband wasn't in the Marine Corp I would visit this place more often.

  when we got to the condo it was nice then we opened the door and holy moly it was the nicest place i have stayed in...everything you could need and more we were so happy to have stayed there...thanks so much.....and i would also like to say the booking was as easy as 1,2,3

  The family and I just got back last week from a 10 day stay in Orlando. We all had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and all of its ammenities. The condo was very clean and quiet as it backs onto a green space. It has everything you could want with all the comforts of home. A very good grocery store is minutes away and so is a gas station and drug store. We liked the easy access to #4 highway which made our day trips hassle free. I would love to rent this property again and would pass along the information to anyone else heading this way.

  This property is in mint condition with all the amenities and features you need to make your vacation stay a home away from home! The photos of the condo do not do enough justice to the actual unit. The property is well maintained and extremely safe. There were great facilities in a swimming pool, billiards and games room, and fitness room that were in great condition and only a stone's throw away, . The owners were so gracious in helping with directions, attractions, and any other questions you have regardless of how small. They helped us to make our vacation stress-free instead of having to run around and sweat about the 'small stuff'. The location was fantastic! Were were literally 13 minutes from Epcot, Magic Kingdom and Disney Studios, all without having to go on any expressways. If you are a golfer, this is a haven! There are several golf courses within a 10 minute drive. There is a Publix supermarket as well as a CVS pharmacy within a 3 minute drive, as well as a gas station. There are also stores and shopping malls close by for the shopping oriented vacationers. There's a Target, and JC Penney within 8 minutes for any items you need but don't want to pay a fortune for, as well as high end stores and malls within 20-25 minutes. Cocoa Beach was only a 50 minute drive away! We will definitely be going back to this property and would recommend it to any family with or without children.

  Just back last month from Canuck's Sanctuary in Davenport. The weather was great with highs in the 70's which made it great to visit Sea World and Aquatica (water here is heated). The kids had a great time swimming in the pool. We were able to play golf at 3 courses within 15 minutes drive and each less than $40 including cart fees. Best greens were at Ridgewood Lakes, Providence had some nice gaters hanging out and Kissimmee Oaks had some birdie holes. Treated ourselves to a Tampa Bay Lightning game against the Philadelphia Flyers for $28 a ticket including a soda and hot dog. Great game and easy 1 hour drive. The property was well manicured and very clean. It had a resort atmosphere about it and everyone around the pool deck was gearing up for the Super Bowl Party being held in the Clubhouse. Can't wait to get back and enjoy some R and R on the pool deck. Don
