Very Relaxing Vacation

Our family had a very relaxing time. The Condo was very clean, well layed out, maintained, and had all the supplies required for a very relaxing stay. The listing pictures were very accurate. We liked having a ground level unit as we could easily access the pool and beach. The owner was very helpful. Working the rental agreement was very efficient. We plan to come back next year.

Wonderful vacation

My family (husband, two small children, and my parents) rented this three bedroom condo in April. This was our first trip to the Puerto Vallarta area, and I needed a place that would suit my children, my parents, and lastly, my husband and myself. It is hard to find a place that not only accommodates such a variety of needs but that also actually makes everyone very happy. My parents were very pleased with the level of comfort and the ease of the property. My children couldn't have been happier with the pool and beach. And my husband and I were thrilled with the food and the three whirlpools. I couldn't say enough great things about this place. This was only our first time staying in a condo instead of a hotel, and I had some trepidation about venturing outside the usual Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton types of properties. But VLE was really luxurious and friendly and easy. The staff were very helpful. The only negative during our stay was that the property management had decided to undertake a number of repairs by the pool, which involved a lot of noisy jack-hammering. However, after I complained about the disturbance, they did try to cut down on the noise a bit. (Note: low season stays are more likely to encounter these types of things). The owner of this unit is very easy to work with, very cordial, and very responsive.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children.

Melba, thank you for welcoming us into your home at Villa La Estancia. We had a very laid back week, enjoyed the pool, breakfasts on the patio and several walks to Bucerias. Unfortunately our tans are fading fast here in Wisconsin!:) We made fresh guacamole every day and had FRESH tortillas, too. Thank you again for our wonderful week-it was just what we all needed.

My family had the most wonderful experience at the Villa La Estancia. We stayed in the two bedroom not far from the pool. We were so excited from the time we pulled up the the security area out front where we were screened before ever driving onto your property. The welcome staff met us at the door and offered us a bottle of cold water and fresh hand washing! A most pleasant surprise. The staff is highly trained to be professional, friendly, caring, clean cut, helpful, truly the most accommodating group of people I have ever experienced!!!! I assume they were trained...heck, they might just love to serve! I have stayed in some nice places in my life and this rates number one!!!!! Thank you so much for allowing us to be guests of your fabulous property. Thanks again.

These past 10 days at your beautiful villa have been so wonderful and relaxing. Everything has been perfect. Thank you for renting to us, it will be a vacation always remembered. We love it here and will certainly be back. The staff was great and we loved the beach. Ten days went so fast and it is with some sadneess that we must go home alread,. but can look forward to returning again.

The resort and condo were lovely. Very safe. Resort staff were friendly and helpful. Condo was immaculate. Great location on the ground level. Resort was very quiet at night. Hope to stay there again when I need a "vitamin D" vacation.

What a wonderful condo! The people who checked us in had us sit down and they washed and massaged our hands! None of the four of us had ever seen that! Wish they would have done it on the way out! The condo was beautiful very spacious, clean and state of the art accommodations. The beds were so comfortable. The condo is on ground level and we could just walkout 50 feet to the pool or twice that to the beach. The beach and the pool were very clean. We walked the beach to Bucerias, small wonderful town with great shopping and restaurants, in 30 minutes The service at the resort, (which we were not part of but could use as if we were) was wonderful, we left our cell phone in the transportation van from the airport, the front desk made all the calls and got it back! We hope Melba will have a spot for us again in the near future. Thank you Melba & Tom

This is the third time we have been to Villa la Estancia but the first time we stayed at this villa. This condo has the nicest decor and the beds were so comfortable. This would be my first choice if I go back. Thank you for a great stay at the closest place to paradise that we have found.

We had a fabulous time at Villa La Estancia! This was a return visit for us and we were worried that we would be disappointed the second time around. This was the furthest from the truth - we actually loved it even more. Tom and Melba were wonderful to work with and could not have been more accommodating. Thank you for an amazing vacation and the weather was perfect. We relaxed and enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our favortie thing was ordering food and eating it around the pool. Our one year old was fascinated by everything. This is a great place (much better than Puerto Vallarta) and we certainly want to return next year.

This place is incredible! We had a group of six and we were so comfortable in this villa. There was everything that we needed to "live" for a week, even shampoo in the baths. The grill on the patio was great and we ate several meals out there. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will certainly be returning as soon as we can.

The resort and staff were amazing! As you can see in the photos, everything is top notch and immaculate in this condo! The location is so wonderful as you have easy access to the pool and beach, plus a great ground floor patio. Don't think twice...just book it! (unless we are trying to book the same time) We can't wait to go back!

Just wanted to thank you for coordinating our stay here at the Estancia. We really love this place and we're sure we will try to come back next year.
