About the owner: We own the home next door. A couple of years ago this property became available and we puchased it. Over the last year or so we have up graded and remodeled it to make it a comfortable and affordable home to enjoy your vacation
Why the Owner Chose Minturn:
We chose to live in Minturn because of its ideal location between Vail and Beaver Creek. The town of Minturn is the old town of the Vail Valley and it retains its authentic Colorado mining and railroad feel. Unlike Vail and Beaver Creek which are manufactured resorts Minturn is a true small town with a great vibe that can not be replicated.
