Come relax in our Hacienda in Southwest Florida! Our three bedroom, 2 bath home is situated in the heart of everything on Marco Island. The beach is a 10 minute walk, the movies are a five minute walk, there are 10 restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. The house itself is located on a quiet street, just off the strip.
The three bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the galley kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook, the seating areas inside, on the screened in lanai adjacent to the pool, or out front on the patio provide wonderful views and breezes. The landscaping is mature, with sea pines, bougainvillea, orange trees, and palm trees.
The house is clean, comfortable, and waiting for your family vacation, girl's getaway, guy's fishing trip, or couple's retreat.

Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: Our family has been vacationing on Marco Island for 14 years. The weather is beautiful, the beaches are spectacular, shelling is great, fishing is diverse and exciting, the sunsets are dynamite, and we never, ever, get sick of seeing the dolphins playing in the water! It is our home away from home, and being from Chicago, sometime you just "gotta getaway." We hope you enjoy our little piece of paradise!
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We have owned three houses on Marco Island that we have put on VRBO. By far, this house has the greatest proximity to the greatest amount of things to do on Marco Island. As soon as we walked through the door of this house, we said, "This is it."
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love to fish, hunt for shells (you'll see my collection at the house), play tennis, take bike rides, and swim in the pool with our three children. The TV rarely goes on at this house. There is just too much to do, and we're happily exhausted at the end of the day. Even if we want to just lounge around to pool all day and have Happy Hour on the front patio, we're able to relax and enjoy the house and the island.
