LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SORRY NO SPRING BREAKERS Wonderful South Padre Condominium. Close to restaurants and nightlife-Yet quiet and serene. Condominium amenities include large spacious lanai and 2 outside pools with tropical landscaping and hot tub. Laundry facilities available. You will be just steps from one of the best beaches on SPI, Close to the Wanna Wanna Bar and Grill. hi speed internet, two tv's w/cableNew King size mattress. reverse osmosis water system. will sleep 6 adults and 2 kids. We are further to the north on the Island, not so much traffic and the beach is not so crowded. No Pets
We are excited to own a condo on South Padre Island. Very relaxing, reasonable food prices, close airports. Day trip to safe shopping in Mexico in Progreso. Large water park on south end of island. Many things to do or just go and sit on beach and read a book. The gulf waters are beautiful at night with a full moon. SORRY, NO SPRING BREAKERS. Give us a call, willing to move dates around to fit your schedule.
location, location, location: We are north of Blackbeards Rest. Our beachs are not so crowded. Easy to watch your kids and still have a relaxing time. Just a short walk to beach. SO PADRE IS JUST INSTALLING A WALK WAY TO THE BEACH AT THE END OF OUR STREET, WHAT A DEAL!!! NO MORE HOT FEET!!!! We have key pad on our door, so no keys to keep up with. Also have a code for the pools, again no keys to loose.
NEW BEACH ACCESS WOODEN WALK WAY: It has been fun talking to all the people who call and rent from us. Have made a bunch of new friends by the computer I think. They all say they will be back again. So many really neat people in this world.
The rates we quote you for the number of people must be adheared too. If you try to get more people in the unit than stated, you will not be allowed to stay, you will forfit the totat amount paid.

Fantastic Time in South Padre
Our family had a great time staying with another family at this South Padre condo! This neat and spacious condo was just one block away from the Northern end gulf side beach. With two pools and hot tubs, two full baths, multiple televisions, and a gorgeous balcony, this condo met all of our needs. We especially loved the beach themed decor and fully prepared kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo! The beds were very comfortable and it felt very homey. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. (We only needed sheets for the pull out bed.) I would definitely suggest it to a friend.

This condo was the perfect spot for our family of 8 (6 adults and 2 kids). It had everything we needed - great location (very close walk to the beach), fully equipped kitchen (we only ate out once), swimming pools and space (2 bathrooms was a plus). The water filtration system was so nice to have and it saved us from purchasing water constantly. The beach was beautiful. The walk is very short, but if you have an over abundance of items and plan on staying all day at the beach, there is a public parking lot right by the boardwalk. We were always able to get a spot during the week. Weekends it gets more crowded, so one day we drove, dropped things off (heavy tent and chairs), parked back at the condo, then walked back. Easy!! For the children, be sure to check out the sea turtle rescue center, the birding center and take a sunset dolphin watching cruise on the bay. Our family also took sandcastle building lessons from Andy Hancock at Boomerang Billy's. We had a blast! Shirley is a pleasure to work with while booking this unit. Victor, the condo manager, was very helpful and friendly. If you like to exercise while on vacation, there is a perfect pedestrian path for running, walking or biking. If you go the full path (down and back), it is about 5.2 miles. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this condo and we would do it again. Thank you, Shirley, for a well maintained place to vacation.

We spent four nights in this nice condo and love it. It's clean, spacious and very close to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and water filter works very well so we don't need to buy bottled water. The balcony is huge and we watched the firework there on the night of Fourth of July - our kids really enjoyed that. It uses passcode to enter the room so there's no key needed - that's very convenient for check-in. The owner is very nice and the price is reasonable. We may come back to it. The only cons is that there's not lots of parking space for extra cars.

We had a great time here. Everything was clean when we arrived. The pools were a plus. Beach access is right down the street. The Wanna Wanna bar & grill was a great place to hang out and relax which was also down the street with live entertainment. Blackbeard's restaurant is also close by which has delicious seafood that visitors must try! We enjoyed dinner on the condo balcony. The Condo manager was very helpful during our stay. Ideal for your family vacation! Fishing on the Bay was a great family outing.

We loved this condo for several reasons: nice quiet location as well as the soundproof units, the biggest best lanai of any place we've seen on the island, great location, and comfortably furnished. An unexpected bonus was the reverse osmosis system--no more trips for drinking water! With laundy facilities on each level I was able to do more than one load at a time and be done quickly. The pool area is well maintained and has adequate, comfortable furniture. There were some issues with the hot tub temperature during our stay, but we enjoyed it when it was heated. Do wish the pool was heated as well for us winter folk, but overall not that important to us. We'll be back.
