Beautiful brand new home on the water with great views and great location. The house is located 6 miles into entering the Keys. Its a second floor living area with 2 bed rooms and 1 one bathroom. The house is newly renovated and is tiled with marble floors. The spacious living room and dining room both have views of the ocean and are balcony accessable. The kitchen is fully renovated with new appliances and new cabinets. One bedroom has a queen size bed while the other contains a bunk bed which can suit up to three people at one time. The living room features comfortable couches with a large tv which has DVD and satelite.
Downstairs you will find an open area to park multiple cars, an RV, or trailers for your boats. The property is fenced which gives protection for any vehicle you keep in the driveway. For entertainment there is a pool table as well as a ping pong table. There are many seats and a table under the gazebo which also contains a gas barbeque. The house is on a canal and has immediate access to the ocean in less than 2 minutes.
