This is a historic family home that features all modern ammenities such as icy cold A/C, complete new wiring, plumbing and appliances. High speed internet and top shelf TV cable is included.
The location is excellent as the beach, bay, fish alley, deli, bakery, playground and promenade are within one to three blocks.
Comfy beds and bedding. Sheets are not included.
2 king...1 queen...6 twin. Two of the twins are a daybed and can be put together to create a short king.
MAXIMUM people permitted on site is 10.
2.5 miles from Exit 17 of the Garden State Parkway.
BASIC RENTAL INCLUDES
beach tags, kitchen dish cloths, kitchen towels, mattress pads, bedspreads, quilts, beach towels, bath towels and mats.
*The weekly rate starts at $1500. and goes to $3500. The prices are non negotiable.
*For the past 11 years, all our homes have been fully rented. Returning guests are given 1st choice of dates, before new families.
*For health and safety, rentals are SMOKE FREE! And while the owners are pet lovers, in deference to tenant allergies, and local sand fleas, the homes are PET FREE!
If you would like linen service, maid service or cleaning help, this must be contracted in advance of your stay due to the shortage of qualified help during our busy summer season.
CHECK IN TIME is Saturday 3 PM to 5 PM (no early check-in)
CHECK OUT TIME is Saturday 10 AM at the latest.
We do not allow weddings or parties on the premises without prior approval. Families with well behaved children are welcome. Unruly and unattended children need to vacation in some one else's home.
If you are still reading, we are a nice couple who take great pride in sharing our family home. We have adult children, grandchildren and pets. This home is the most wonderful place that envelopes you in a joyful spirit. There are interesting antiques and surprises throughout.
