  In February several friends and I were very pleased to enjoy our vacation stay at this property. Everything was exactly as pictured, with plenty of room for everyone. It was too cold to take advantage of the pool, but we found the location convention for our excursions to the Strip, to Red Rock Canyon, and Valley of Fire State Park. Everything was in immaculate shape. Having one bedroom on a main floor was a key feature for us, as was the big screen TV and WiFi. The owner was very responsive to our questions, and refunded the deposit most promptly. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

  We rented this property for a trip to Las Vegas for a family wedding. We needed a property versatile enough to accommdate my 80-something parents (main floor bed and bath) and our grandchildren (ages 4 and 6). This property had everything we needed! Everything was very clean, there were LOTS of towels, comfortable beds, and room for everyone to relax and spread out. The weather was in the 90s, so having the pool was fabulous. We hope to return soon!

  Only one room had a TV; all of them need one. Bathtubs need rubber mats to avoid slipping in the shower/tub. Yellow neon strips need to be put on step going into living room. Hard to see step and one of our members fell off the step. Extra blankets are needed for each room. Some of the blinds didn't open really well and we were concerned about breaking them due to needing to force them to open so we just didn't open those specific windows; didn't get to look outside. House is really pretty and comfortable. The outside pool was nice although we didn't use it. Was closed up due to weather. We had enough room for our group to spread out and visit in different rooms. Neighborhood is pretty as well and quiet. Very close to the strip and the airport and grocery shopping (Wal Mart). The house locked up easily with just a code; didn't have to fish for a key.

  Owner response: In response to your review we have now added a TV and DVD player to each of the bedrooms upstairs. We also purchased the additional items that were suggested.

  My family is scattered in several states and we all met in Vegas for Thanksgiving. The house was better than I was expecting. It had plenty of room for 9 adults and the kitchen was well-equiped to have our Thanksgiving dinner. We had all our meals there which was awesome to do with several college kids wanting home-cooked meals. The convenience to the strip, shopping, golf was great. Working with Jodi was like working with a friend. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it felt like we were at home. I hope we can come back again, I would rent this house before I looked anywhere else.

  Very accurate listing description and photos, Excellent property - house is roomy, stylish and well maintained, large pool, high-end grill. Good and easy communication with owner. Perfect location with rented car: 5-10min to the Strip, few minutes to the free-way, Walmart with groceries in almost walking distance. A lot of restaurant (with carry-outs) nearby. Would recommend this property to all types of vacation travelers.

  We stayed here the last week of August. This property was Amazing, gorgeous and perfect for our family! It was close to everything. The owner is great to work with and had great communication. My family and friends had a fantastic time. We will be back!

  We stayed in the house for a week and enjoyed every minute. Everything was well - maintained and very clean. The discription is accurat and the fotos show the true appearance. Shops and restaurants are nearby. It is helpful to rent a car so you can visit the Red Rock Canyon nearby which I recommend as well as visiting Grand Canyon. Jodi, the owner was very helpful and polite. We had a great time. Für deutschen Leser: Es war alles rundherum ok. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist top!

  A group of us were in Vegas for a week for trade shows in February and stayed at this property. It is in a great location - very easy to access from the highway and also a short drive to the strip. The house is very well kept, very clean, and had everything that we needed for the week. I really enjoyed working with the owners - they made the rental process easy and were very accessible. We didn't use the pool (too cold!) but the back terrace and pool area was lovely and I am sure would be nice in spring/summer. Would highly recommend renting this property, if you're looking for a functional, fuss-free, no frills spot near the strip!
