  Staying in this house was a wonderful experience for our family. We throughly enjoyed the relaxing feel of the house. It is very well maintained and I would highly recommend. The location is perfect- right next to beach as well as entertainment and wonderful restaurants. The pictures of the house accurately reflect it.

  This property was our home away from home. SUPER clean with all the ammenities. The location is amazing. Everything you need is in walking distance (groceries, ice cream, drug store - all shopping needs) and literally walked out the front door, turn right, steps to the mini bridge that leads to Florida's best beach. White sand that is also a spectacular walking beach too. When we did not feel like cooking we had a huge choice in where to eat. There are wonderful resturants along the beach (some live with music) and restaurant galore on Gulf Blvd. The owners are really nice too. Great for all ages - something for everyone - couples or families. We will be going back for sure but book early. This place is a real find!!!!! I have already booked for next year :)

  This was our second year staying at the Beach House. Everything is clean, well maintained and with the modern appliances it is a very homey experience. We love the location. Everything is within walking distance, the beach, excellent resteraunts, grocery store and even a liquor store. Will definately come back.

  We stayed at the beach house for 1 month in July. We had a teenager and my elderly mother with us. The house was perfect and suited all of our needs. There is a seperate bedroom with ensuite and a sitting/TV room on the first floor which was ideal, Mom had seperate space and didn't have to climb stairs to the bedroom/washroom. The house was impecable, we commented a number of times, that in all of our travels we have never stayed at a place so clean. We were in want for nothing, the house was well stocked with cleaning supplies/toiletries. The location was perfect, steps to the beach and resturants. Can't say enough about the owners, Deborah and Raymond went above and beyond, extremely accomodating. I would recommend the beach house to anyone, especially for long term stays, as it feels like home the minute you arrive.

  This is our second time staying at the beach house. We loved it just as much, if not more, this time around. The home is kept in impeccable condition. It was perfect for our family of 4. It is perfectly located with close proximity to everything we needed- grocery store, restaurants, and, of course, just steps to the beach. We look forward to our next stay.

  Exceptionally clean beach house! Great location on St. Pete Beach. Debbie and Raymond were great to work with. Only complaint after 10 days there--wasn't long enough.

  What a wonderful place to spend a St. Pete Beach vacation. I have stayed at various places in St. Pete Beach over the years and this was by far the best experience I have had. This beach house is just a few steps from the sand and water and has all the privacy you need. Since this is located at mid-beach, it is very easy to get to everything on the beach by walking. The owners went the extra mile to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The house is updated and has everything you need including an office with wi-fi, and a great kitchen. There are plenty of restaurants close by, or just grill out on the deck in the back yard!!

  There really is nothing to improve. The house is perfect; the location is perfect. And it was one of the best stays I've had on vacation in a VERY long time. It's clear that the owners have worked hard to build and maintain a wonderful house that anyone could enjoy. It's spacious and clean with every amenity imaginable (free wifi!). And it's just a stone's throw from the beach. I could just walk over to the ocean and take a dip whenever the desire struck me (which is what I did daily). There's not better choice in the whole place. You should most certainly book your next stay here to get a wonderful property all to yourself managed by some of the nicest people i've ever met.

  This was the perfect classic little beach house for our long weekend away. Close to everything in St. Pete Beach, but tucked away enough that it's extremely quiet and peaceful. And you can see the beach from the front door! Perfect for couples or a small family looking for an easy and relaxing beach vacation. Very clean and with all the modern conveniences you could want - internet, cable tv, washer/dryer, grill, etc. And the back deck is great for a bottle of wine and a book in the evening. Highly recommended!

  The beach house was perfect for me and my husband. Living in Washington, D.C., we wanted a warm, relaxing vacation that required minimal effort. The house has a lovely back deck. It is well decorated with a new kitchen and all the technology comforts with original beach house charm. We spent many days and evenings on the beach - a short walk from the house - or hanging out on the back deck reading or grilling. The owners provided lots of information on local restaurants and had a fantastic, romantic dinner at Patrick's Bistro that is right across the street. We rarely needed a car!! The proximity to the beach, local restaurants and a lovely home made this the perfect place for us. We can't wait to go back!
