A wonderfully unique place to spend a vacation! Only steps to the island's beach, this oceanview home is built with leisure and comfort in mind. It feels like you are staying in a Tree House! The builder was careful to keep the Live Oak Trees.

This 2200 square foot Non-Smoking home features a full deck across both the second and third floor with porch swings on both. This island home also features a rooftop deck for enjoying both the sunrise and sunsets, or private sunbathing.

The Four Bedrooms feature the these sleeping accommodations:
* Master Bedroom - One Queen with attached bath and TV located on the second floor.
* Third Floor Bedroom #1 - Queen Bed with TV and adjoins the Great Room.
* Third Floor Bedroom #2 -Two Full Beds with TV and adjoins the Great Room.
* First Floor Bedroom - Two Twin Beds, half bath, and a TV.
* The Great Room - Futon which may be used for sleeping.

The great room features a TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo, and its own full-size refrigerator, wet bar, and coffee maker. Access to the third floor is available both through the second floor, and by using the outside stairs, so as not to disturb those on the second floor.

The island features State Parks at both ends and a wonderful aquarium is only two miles away. The wide beach is uncrowded and is only three lots from the house with direct beach access.
