My family and I stayed here for Memeorial day, 2 adults 2 kids and we had plenty of room. This place is brand new, great view and idea location. Loved watching the boats.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Wonderful views of the water. Very quiet house in a busy area. Great renovation with nice furnishings and appliances. The owner and property manager are very accomodating. We had a wonderful time at this property and we have stayed at many rental properties in this area and this is one that we would highly recommend.Did you find this review helpful? We loved our time here. Great morning views over waterway from porch. Sunsets on the beach right across the street. Great florida style waterfront seafood restaurant next door for lunch dinner and weekend breakfast. Boat, kayak, moped, bike rentals at your doorstep. Trolley-bus service right out front for travel to county wide activities. Small town appeal for that get-a-way vacation time.
