Accommodations:  Townhouse, 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths (Sleeps 9)

Come and enjoying a relaxing family time ANYTIME OF THE YEAR!

You will feel right at home in this beautiful FULLY-EQUIPPED, four bedroom, three bath Oceanside(not Oceanfront)townhouse

The first floor is comprised of three bedrooms, including one of the two masters (King bed) with its own bath, two additional bedrooms one with double bed on the bottom and a single bed up and the other with two twin beds, an additional full bath and full size washer and dryer. The stairs up lead to the Great Room, Dining area, fully equipped kitchen and the second of the two Master bedrooms (Queen).

You will (I know we do) enjoy the fact that there is a deck off every room. Although not an Oceanfront unit you can still enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful ocean from the Oceanside decks. The street side decks afford a view of the marsh and intracoastal in the distance complete with spectular sunset views.

Access to the beach is by private beach access. No streets to cross, simply walk across the courtyard and you are there.

The Surf City area is the "commercial center" of Topsail Island and therefore offers access to many eating spots from burgers to gourmet. Other members of the family may enjoy the unique gift and other shops of interest.

Sip your morning coffee, or evening glass of wine while you enjoy the sights and sounds of the Ocean in the foreground. We are confident that you will enjoy the Surf City area of Topsail Island and we hope you will want to return for years to come.

Collect seashells, work on your tan to the envy of those left behind, swim or frolic in the inviting surf or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this vacation paradise. Read a book, fly a kite, ride a bike or... DO NOTHING AT ALL!

  • We greatly enjoyed our week at Topsail Island! The house was very nice, well equipt and comfortable for the whole family. The beach is beautiful and just what we were hoping for! Richard checked in with us to make sure everything was okay at the beginning of the week and to give some tips on the area. We would definitely return for another vacation!

The condo had more than enough room for the two of us and our six children. It was beautifully decorated and clean.   • Our family had the pleasure of staying at Nakiska for nine days in April after our son returned home from Iraq. The house was beautifully decorated, equipped with every possible amenity and our stay could not have been more delightful. There was some uncertainty about the exact dates when our son would be returning and Richard (the owner) could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We have stayed in many homes on Topsail Island, but I can honestly say that this one is our favorite and we look forward to returning to Nakiska.

  • We had a great family reunion at Nakiska. The location was very convenient. We were able to walk to shopping and restaurants. The beach is very close and we had our choice of spots on the beach. The house is well maintained and has everything you need for a great vacation.

  • This was our first time on Topsail Island and we had a wonderful visit. The house was perfect for our 2 families which included 4 preschool age little girls (our little surfer girls). We loved the fact that we didn't have to cross any busy streets to get to the beach and enjoyed eating lunches out on the picnic tables in the courtyard. The beach was perfect and the house was very clean and very well stocked.

  • This was a lovely, very clean cottage. The kitchen was better equipped than most rentals we have stayed in. Richard was extremely cordial and even called the first night we arrived to make sure everything was OK (and passed on some great restaurant recommendations). We had a wonderfaul family vacation with grandparents and kids and hope to return soo.

  • Great beach home! Clean, beautiful. We were amazed out how well the kitchen was equipped. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 teens. While not beach front, the small complex courtyard is lovely and you can see and hear the ocean from the deck. We were there during July 4th week and neither the beach nor island felt crowded. Highly recommend this place.
