  We just got home yesterday after spending the week of May 19-26th in Panama. This was our 3rd yr to PCB and our 3rd yr at the Celadon. This unit BY FAR has been the best condo that we have rented. Mike and Sharon were a breeze to work with. They even suggested places for us to eat. I really loved the fact that they inspect their condo personally before each new renter checks in. The condo was so clean, we could have eaten off the floors. The decorations were high end, beds were super comfortable, loved the black out curtains for sleeping in (which was pretty impossible with our kids), there was plenty of space for me, my husband and 2 boys. Living room and both bedrooms were furnished with big flat screen tvs, great internet connection, spacious kitchen and the views cannot be beat at the Celadon. We saw sharks, stingrays, turtles and dolphins from our balcony. Another thing that is soooooo little but I just loved is all the hooks in the condo. You have hooks everywhere to hang things on. The parking space alone was worth it. For those of you that are familiar with the Celadon, our parking space was underneath the building just as you are about to pull out of the parking garage. (By the beach side pool) The previous 2 yrs, we have had to park across the street in the parking garage, where most everyone but a handful of people have to park. THIS WAS A HUGE CONVENIENCE! We didn't even need to use a luggage cart. And, we got to leave all of our beach accessories in our trunk and just stop and get them on our way to the beach and put our stuff up without having to drag it all up to the condo. PRICELESS! My husband and I were talking how from now on, we just want to rent from Mike and Sharon. Not all condos are cleaned the same and I'm a stickler for that. There is nothing I could have done to make this condo cleaner. It was immaculate! Thank you so much Sharon and Mike for sharing your home with us. Hoping to stay with you again this Fall!

  We really enjoyed our vacation & it is so nice to stay in such a clean/neat place with plenty of room. I loved the parking spot especially having a little one because we didn't have to take everything up to the room each day, things like for the beach or the pool. We really enjoyed having the big belcony with plenty of room for us to all sit out & just watch the ocean & everyone. Thank you for an awesome stay, we had one of the best vacations ever.   A little late, but better than never on the review! We stayed for the 2011Thunder Beach Spring rally this year. We looked hard as we have previously had been spoiled with our last rental owners. Not to worry, Mike and Sharon will spoil you now! Not only do they have a great home(because that is really what it is!), but they personally are great people! You won't find a better rental for a better price. Everything you need is there! And if you have a problem, Mike will surely make it right! And as for the rest of the resort, it is very very well Maintained! Thanks Mike and Sharon and we hope to book soon for the spring rally 2012! Dick and Robin Lexington, TN.

  Awesome unit….. Very clean, beautifully furnished & decorated. One of the best units at Celadon. Our children loved the bunk room and the owners provided beach chairs & towels along with all of the cooking appliances I could ever need. The private parking space was the best one in the garage. We never had to fuss with hauling ourselves or our stuff across the street. Checking in was a breeze; we had a great time & highly recommend this particular unit. We will definitely be back next year !

  We had a wonderful time at this condo. Everything we needed was there and even more. The views are wonderful and the condo was very spacious. There is plenty to do from water sports to places to eat. We had fun doing the Maze on Thomas Drive and playing Goofy Golf. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this trip. We will be back again next year.

  The property was clean and well maintained. We found everything we needed in the unit. The parking place was great. It was perfect for dropping off our beach supplies. Mike and Sharon went above and beyond to make our vacation enjoyable. This is a great unit. We hope to visit again next year!!

  My husband, our two teenage daughters and their two teenage friends (6 of us) all stayed in this condo. We had plenty of room, the two 13 year old girls loved the bunk room. The condo description and photos were accurately reflected. The property was very clean and well maintained. The place was spotless!! The owners were very helpful and the check in and out process was painless!! The parking spot was the best spot in the garage. The beach is beautiful and we loved the pool across the street (half outside half inside). All attractions, restaurants and Winn Dixie are close by and easy to get to. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We will go back for sure!!

  This place was great! Well-maintained, well-furnished, and spotless. The owners are super-nice and easy to work with. Felt right at home. Used the beach chairs they furnished everyday. Having the choice between covered and uncovered pools was really nice for those days when you've already had enough sun, but other members of your family haven't. Overall, a fantastic experience!

  My family and I stayed at this unit at the Celedon the week of June 11, 2001. My daughter turned 5 years old while we vacationing and a birthday present was waiting on her by the owners! Mike and Sharon were so wonderful to work with in scheduling the rental and were always so prompt in responding to questions. The unit was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! I would definitiely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a place to stay at The Celedon! The complex is located in a great, quiet area of the beach and is extremely convenient to any grocery store, shopping areas, attractions and restraurants! Mark this one down to check availability! You will not be disappointed!

  1) Parking Spot was VERY convenient. Most others staying at the resort had to use a parking garage across the street. We were able to store all beach items in our vehicle, which was so helpful. 2) The condo was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen has EVERYTHING we needed for our stay; even a crockpot and electric skillet. Nothing like preparing dinner with an ocean view!! 3) The beds are very comfortable, the bedding was very nice and clean, and my children (10 & 12) thought the bunkroom was their own getaway. If you have a young boy, bring hot wheels, because there is a rug he can play cars on (suggestion from my 10 yr. old son). 4) 6 people can easily relax and enjoy the beautiful balcony views. 5) The bathrooms are spacious and were clean. 6) There is a VERY well maintained bbq area on the side of the complex. The area has a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as picnic tables, and lighting. 7) Both pools were clean, have hot tubs, and were never too busy to enjoy using them. The one across the street was our favorite, because it gave us a chance to get out of the sun, since half of it is indoors. 8) The detailed info. Mike gives for checking in made check-in fast and easy. This was our 3rd year to visit PCB. This by far was the best place we have ever stayed at. The condo was perfect for us. Mike was the perfect landlord (so important for a week getaway). The resort was the perfect resort. The location was perfect too. I highly recommend this condo!! Also, be sure to visit St. Andrew's State Park (30 min. drive), Pineapple Willy's (15 min. drive), and Pier Park (less than 5 min drive). Oh yeah..... I was really concerned about groceries, etc. No worries. There is a Winn-Dixie about a mile down the road (maybe more, maybe less). I was happy to see the grocery prices weren't outrageous. In fact, they were comparable to those in Missouri. Close to Winn-Dixie is a Dominoes, which was super convenient after a day at St. Andrew's State Park. Across from Dominoes is a place to buy 20 lbs of ice for $2 (big ice machine in the middle of a parking lot). Across the street from the condo is an Alvin's Island, which meant knocking out souvenir shopping the first day (waiting til the last day never works for us).
