Located through the private gates of Palmetto Dunes between the Marriott Beach and Golf Resort and the Hilton Resort, you can literally walk to the world-renowned Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, The General Store, Canoe and Bike Rentals, and Alexander's Restaurant. You can park your car for the week and never drive! Palmetto Dunes free shuttle service will take you anywhere within the development you want to go. ABOUT OUR TWO BEDROOM VILLAMARE:
This second-floor Villamare is a POOL/OCEAN FRONT villa offering great views of the pool and ocean in Palmetto Dunes. Our villa has all the comforts of home. Villa 3224 is furnished in a comfortable beach style with a tropical influence evident through out the unit. Free Wireless high speed internet service is available for our guests use.

BOTH BATHROOMS & THE KITCHEN NOW HAVE NEW CUSTOM CABINETS WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS. !!!
Each bedroom features its own TV and its own balcony with incredible ocean/pool views. Both bedrooms are large, open and feature windows with ocean/pool views to enjoy. The guest bedroom also includes a large bath, the master includes a large soaking tub.
This second-floor location is also great for families with kids. A simple walk down the stairs and you are at the pool or beach. There are two elevators in Building Three if you are not able to use stairs.
Our villa at Villamare has a full kitchen with new appliances, cabinets and countertops and there is a new dining room table and 4 chairs. The living room features a comfortable chair, loveseat, and couch (with pull-out sleeper sofa), TV, DVD, VCR, and slider to an oceanfront balcony. If you are looking to vacation in style, our villa is just the place.

We love this condo because of the location on the 2nd floor and especially the view of the pool and ocean!! This condo is our third Villamare, and we have been successfully renting our other 2 Villamare condos, 3226 and 3227, just down the hallway from 3224, since 2004. We enjoy our vacation rentals and take pride in the fact that we have many returning renters to our condos year after year.

Comfortable ocean view condo. Convenient to all HHI has to offer. Indoor pool was nice to have as we visited HHI in December. Safe location. Very nice to be able to walk out to ocean every day. Great sunrises.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
