Family/Pet Friendly and Affordable. One large bedroom with a California King bed, full size bed in private bunk room, hide-a-bed and full size futon in the living room, plus another bunk room for the kids in sleeping bags. There is a full kitchen, Dish TV, WIFI, a fenced yard for children and pets. We have pet and babysitting available as well as catering. Mountain views. Close to shopping, golf, and national forest. walk to Recreation Center for a gym, swimming pool and hot tubs. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. In the winter we have snow shoes and saucer sled to share. In other seasons we have bikes. The Lakes area has almost 3 miles of bike and foot paths. The largest and deepest hot springs in the world are right here in Pagosa. Wolf Creek Ski Area boasts some of the largest annual snow falls.

The rental unit surpassed our expectations. Tari and Tim have added some nice touches that made us feel welcome (bottle of champagne on New Year's Eve and area brochures). It was very convenient to town and it is nice that the property is fenced in - especially if you are travelling with a pet. If we ski Wolf Creek again in the near future - we would stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Tari & Tim 'retired' to Pagosa Springs about eight years ago and love our wonderful town, filled with breath taking beauty and small town charm. Along with vacation rentals, we also have a catering business and pet sitting business. We volunteer for the local Chamber of Commerce and for Chimney Rock Interpretive Association.
