My wife and I just spent a week in Kauai at this condo, and I must say we were very impressed! The condo is very well equipped, and very comfortable. The whole complex is very quiet and you almost feel like you have the whole place to yourself. The beach located outside the complex is very nice as well. Love the tile flooring on the linai. The photos are the true picture of what you will have when you arrive. We cannot wait to return, and will definitely rent this unit again, without question. The week we stayed here was by far the best vacation we've ever had. Was the perfect location for our 25th anniversary!! Thank you for renting us this unit , it was simply awesome!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great condo. Perfect central location close to shopping and restaurants, and steps to the ocean. Beautiful recently redone pool sits right overlooking the water. Condo is very comfortable and well-equipped with items usually not included in a rental such as beach toys etc. Every consideration has been given to your comfort, and the bedrooms are large, comfortable and private. Great view off the deck, and you can walk or bike along the ocean from the complex. Grounds are beautifully maintained and enhance the enjoyment. Great value for a very reasonable price.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed this wonderful condo. It is spacious, clean and very quiet, with a nice view. The amenities are great, including the pool that looks over the Pacific. We even had a Monk seal taking up residence on the beach front. It is within walking distance to the Coconut Market for shopping with a free hula show on Fridays. Also, the condo's location in Kapa'a is a perfect for driving to either the North or South shores. We highly recommend this unit and look forward to coming back soon.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the three of us. It is centrally located and we walked to dinner several times. It is the slower pace of this island that attracted us and we were not disappointed with the sites or acommadations.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

Fantastic timeshare apartement overlooking the sea. Very helpful and pleasent property manager. Pool that unfortunately was being remodelled second week but we got reduction on the rent that week because of it. Clean and modern. Quiet but still walking distance to mall and to exellent restaurants. Close to great beaches. Would defenitly recommend it to somebody who wants to go to Kauai and I´d go back to the same place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Well furnished, clean, quiet, a beautiful location. Plenty of beach equipment. I have found a new place to stay on Kauai. Have been going to the island for 30 years, really impressed with the unit.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The property was amazing...onsite swim toys, snoreling equip., beach toys umberellas ect. Plenty of room to swim or snorkel...id recommend this place to families as well. The water was calm and it has a nice beach with a reef. room was super clean, very comfy bed1 wAHER AND DRYER WERE NEW AND HAD THE LAUNDRY SOAP TO BOOT! Also, enjoyed visiting the the grounds keeper, Nate, every morning! Also, grocery was within walking distance as were shops and eateries.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We couldn't have been more pleased with this condo. Kapaa is a great, central location, and the condo was like a quiet oasis on this beautiful island. The condo is wonderfully appointed, and you can see and hear the ocean from the comfortable Lanai/deck. They really have thought of everything here, including beach chairs/umbrellas to borrow for your beach adventures. The pool at the complex was warm and never crowded. The other residents at the condo were friendly, but let you have your privacy. There is a very nice gas barbeque at the pool as well, which was great for evening meals while enjoying the beautiful ocean view.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Everything we needed was at our disposal, we were looking for a low bank beach access for our challanged mature travelling companions and this was it.... lovely beach, pool and so few guests at this location there was very little noise and always plenty of pool side sitting areas. This house had everything, we had brought our own snorkeling gear but they had that, plus boogey boards and so much more!! Lovingly decorated with a lovely deck... perfect for the older set or small mature family! Loved it !!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

What could anyone say that wouldn't be all good for staying at VRBO 333625? As first timers to any island in Hawaii, this was the Best of the best. The condo was very clean and roomy with manicured landscaping, the near and far sightseeing was ideal for simple day trips, the ocean and the pool were relaxing to come 'home' to, the neighborhood stores and restaurants were friendly and accommodating ....the bottom line was we had a Wonderful time!!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We spent 8 nights in this comfortable, well appointed 2-bedroom condominium. Kitchen well stocked, great appliances, lovely location, easily accessible to both the north and south/west sides of the island. The photos clearly represent the unit. We had many pleasant mornings and evenings on the Lanai, enjoying the ocean breezes and beautiful scenery. The management staff was very helpful as well as other owners who were on site. . . all were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It was a perfect week at a wonderful location. I recommend this highly and would stay there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We loved our stay at Lanikai 333625 and would recommend it to ANYONE! Not only is the location great for going anywhere (north or south) on the island, but the setting is lovely. What a view we had off the Lanai! The unit was really quite large, well decorated, and very quiet. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. And the pool (overlooking the ocean!) was just a short stroll away. Also, it seemed that many of the units were empty when we were there and we saw very few people: had the pool to ourselves most days! plus a lovely little beach and waves were just down the hill. We would definitely book this unit again - loved it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family spent 10 days at this wonderful condo. Our son used the heated pool daily while my husband and I sat poolside and had coffee. The sandy beach was great for relaxing at and we appreciated that the condo had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels available for our use. The condo was a short walk from the Coconut Market place - a great place to shop and pick up grocery items. We used the washer and dryer often and I appreciated that it was right inside the unit. This condo has lots of space, comfortable beds and all the kitchen equipment we needed. We had a great stay!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent 8 nights at Lanikai with our college age daughters and had a great time. The location of the condo was great, quiet beachfront street, very near grocery stores, a drug store and a wonderful public golf course. The grounds are beautifully maintained with the pool only a short walk from the unit and so close to the beach that it felt like you were on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with lots of dishes and pots and pans and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We hope to go back again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I stayed here in February with my sister, brother-in-law and niece. It is in a great location, short drive to North and South shores, mall, grocery, sightseeing locations! The pool is convenient, with a gorgeous view right on the ocean. Neat wading pool, near-secluded beach, gated & heated pool! The view from the condo is beautiful & relaxing along with the landscaping of the property. Quiet/peaceful complex with great management. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo. The condo itself was very spacious- with 4 adults and a child, there was plenty of room for comfort! The property is everything it is described to be. If I came back to Lauai, this is where I would stay. The community is mostly owners so it has more of a 'home' feel. Helen in the office was great. The grounds are beautiful and ample. We used the pool and grill almost every day. It's also very convenient to nearby shopping and other activities, although getting anywhere on this island always takes longer than you think, especially on Saturdays.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family just spent 10 nights at this beautiful condo. There is a gorgeous view of the ocean from the lanai. The heated pool is just steps from the front door, and the beach is just on the other side of the pool. My two year old enjoyed the pool everyday, and my 15 year old took advantage of the ocean swimming. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans making home cooked meals very easy and enjoyable. But if dining out is more your style there are many different restaurants just minutes from the complex, as well as shopping centers, and hotels with day spas. It was very nice having a full washer and dryer to do some laundry while we were there. The area is very quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Helen, in the office, is very helpful if you need anything. We had a great stay and can't wait to go back again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
