This stunning 3 bedroom PENTHOUSE at the peak of the Fraser Crossing building (6th floor) is right across from the elevator. It doesn't get much better than this for ease of access to the ski slopes in the winter and biking trails in the summer. The building entrance is just a very short walk to the Zephyr lift. No need to be bothered with far away parking or crammed ski shuttles.
If you are deciding between a unit in Fraser Crossing or Founders Pointe, know that your walk will be longer to the lifts if you rent in Founders Pointe. Also note that some units are far from the elevator. Every step counts after a day of activities on the slopes!
The Penthouse is a spacious, 1,500 square foot, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with the largest covered deck you can imagine, overlooking the slopes, the Winter Park village and the creek. This sunny, south facing, deck is equipped with relaxed seating and a dining table that seats six. An absolutely wonderful space to relax after a day of summer biking or hiking.
Our Penthouse is one of ONLY four 3-bedrooms in this complex, so is a highly sought after property for those people requiring more room to share with family and friends. There is a king sized bed in the sunny master suit which has it's own private shower room. The second bedroom has a queen and the third has two sets of twin bunk beds. Perfect for the kids!
Need to rent skis/boards? We can offer you a 50% discount on ski/board packages from the ski rental shop at the base of Winter Park, next to the Zephyr lift. What's more, the rental shop is happy to store your skis at the end of your ski day ready for a quick pick up the following morning.
Need lift tickets? Ask us about our $69 lift ticket coupons - while supplies last!
Do you have a well behaved dog that you just can't leave at home? We do allow you to bring your dog (for a small additional fee). We request that your dog will not bark excessively in your absence and that it is fully house trained. Any sign of "dog damage" will require an additional cleaning fee.
Do you want to go out in the evening or take a trip to the grocery store and not drive? Just call up the free Fraser Crossing Resort shuttle to take you to your local destination.

Why the Owner Chose Fraser CrossingQuite frankly this Penthouse House was too good an investment to pass up. It is the best unit in the Fraser Crossing building, based on it's size, view, deck and convenience to the slopes. One day we hope to be able to afford NOT to rent it and just enjoy it. The HOA fee is pretty steep! So we hope you enjoy it now while it is for rent and treat it as your home at the base.
The Unique Benefits at this CondoYou can get discounted lift tickets from King Soopers in Denver. No need to pay the full price at the ticket window! There are lots of fun activities in the summer, including down hill biking at the Resort, music concerts, hot air ballooning, hiking... to name a few. So why not return in the summer and see the mountain in it's summer time glory?
Fraser Crossing is just a 2 minute walk to the Zephr lift. It's the closet building to the slopes after the Zephr Lodge.
You can take the free shuttle into the town of Winter Park, for shopping and restaurants.

Our family has skiied at Winter Park for the last ten years. We love the challenging bumps at Mary Jane. Our 2 boys both learned to ski at the Galloping Goose at the age of 3. Now nothing stops them, they are amazing skiers thanks to the awesome ski school at Winter Park. If only my parents had taken me sking at the age of 3 instead of starting at the age of 30!!!

The unit was exactly as we had expected. It is close proximity to all of the base amenities. We have normally stayed at the Zephyer (ski in and out) and where a little concerned about being across the street. It really is not a noticeable difference. The hot tub area is much better than the Zephyr and makes up for the extra steps. The unit is very spacious and the deck is great. The unit is the first one of the elevator, so it is easy to move in and out.

We had a fantastic time and the condo lived up to all our expectations. The view is just fantastic, certainly the best in Fraser Crossing. You get up in the morning and see the sun shine down on the powder on Lower Hughes and you KNOW you gotta get out and ski! I would definitely recommend this condo. April was great to work with, very accommodating.

I have to say we had the best break at your condo - thank you so much! The location was awesome, we were ski in and out, just steps from the slopes. The actual condo was very spacious and luxurious... we loved the space and the deck was massive! The views from the living room was great, it was lovely sipping coffee and watching the Zephr Ski lift moving up the snowy slopes... bliss! The central location was gret and we had some very special evenings at the 'Cheeky Monk', delicious beer and wonderful food. All in all a great value super luxury stay. Thank you!

The weather had turned the mountains into the most Picturesque place imaginable. We enjoyed walks around the village and down into town just 2 miles away. The apartment was beautifully furnished and the deck a joy to behold, especially with the warm afternoon sun and a cold beer. We were also lucky enough to enjoy a full moon with wine in the hot tub, plastic wine glasses we have left for the next lucky guests and the hot tub.!! Booked already for our February ski holiday.
