The Mediterranea is a new, luxury condominium located in beautiful Destin, Florida. Our 1470-square-foot condominium is conveniently located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool and sun deck. The pool is over 3000 sq. feet and it is heated for year long use. The unit includes a clothes washer and dryer and reserved parking in the underground parking garage. A full fitness center and tennis courts are also offered. Weekly renting is Saturday to Saturday.
This unit has two bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. Master has King size bed, other room has 2 doubles. It sleeps four to six adults comfortably. Also includes a queen size sleeper sofa in the livingroom. Both rooms have 32-inch color TV, VCR/DVD players plenty of closet and drawer space.Master has shower and soothing whirlpool tub, sitdown makeup area. Private porch also.
Livingroom offers comfortable surroundings and is tastefully decorated. Sit back and entertain or be entertained by the 32-inch color TV or stereo system. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home.
The Mediterranea is luxury at its finest. The club house has a 100 foot long terrace offering a Panoramic View of the Gulf of Mexico. It offers an outdoor hot tub and a large, heated pool surrounded by an expansive sundeck and tropical garden landscaping. Enjoy a game of tennis or practice your putting at the on-site tennis court and putting green. It is also located very close to great restaurants including Pompano Joes and minutes from the outlet mall.

WE HAVE OWNED OUR CONDO NOW FOR 5 YEARS AND WE STILL LOVE TO VISIT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.IT NEVER GETS OLD. THE VIEW IS GREAT AND THE POOL IS THE BEST ON OLD 98, LARGE AND BEAUTIFUL. WE HAVE A LOVELY LANDSCAPED YARD 4 STEPS DOWN FROM OUR PORCH. VERY EASY TO GO BACK AND FORTH TO POOL OR BEACH. WE ARE SECOND CONDO IN FROM END.WE HAVE ADDED MANY THINGS TO MAKE OUR CONDO WARM AND INVITING AND RECENTLY HAD NEW CARPETING. I GUARANTEE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
