This is a wonderful Condo in a great resort, right on the ocean shore in north Miami!!! The building and all the amenities are maintained by Double Tree hotel (which is a part of Hilton group) to the highest standarts. There is a private beach, kid friendly pool, 2 large hottubs located by the pool, a small gym, hair and nail salon and a wonderful spa with wide range of services. There is also a small convinience store where you can buy some food, meds, sunscreens and more. Everything is located at the pool level of the resort. The hotel also has a restaurant that is open for brekfast, lunch and dinner and 2 bars, one by the pool and one one by the restaurant on the first floor. There is a computer room that you can get into with your room key and where you can use internet for free. There is also a parking garage in the building with vallet parking.
The condo itself consists of 2 units; 2 bedroom apartment and a studio attached. The 2 bedroom unit has a fully stocked kitchen with an eating area, large living room with dinind area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The mastersuite has a kingsize bed, a jacuzzi in a bathroom and a shower. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a bathtub in a shower. There is a large balcony that goes all around the apartmnet, you can enter it from the living room or the mastere suite. The veiw is amazing; it overlooks the ocean, the beach and the park that's right next to the resort. The attached studio has a separate bathroom and 2 twin beds (ideal for sleeping kids), there is no balcony in that unit.

We had a terrific time. The unit is large, family friendly, and well kept. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and the hotel had great amenities. The owner was very accomodating. Parking is included. We look forward to retruning.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Recently stayed at this property. The pictures are accurate. The listing does state this is a property managed by Doubletree. Keeping this is in mind, this is a hotel type property. Our condo was clean and the location is great. A car is helpful to get around area. The unit itself does need kitchen supplies(condiments..etc) as well as bathing items(soap/shampoo..). We were promised the units for a early check-in which did not happen, therefor had to wait until 4pm for maid to complete rooms..Enjoyed our stay ..Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
