Nestled in between the world-class slopes of Deer Valley and the beautiful shores of Jordanelle Reservoir, our condominium at Fox Bay is your year-round vacation destination.
In the winter, you will enjoy world class skiing at 3 fine resorts, all within minutes of our condo. Deer Valley's Mayflower Gondola is less than 2 miles away, and The Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort are a short 8-minute drive.
There is so much to do during the summer at Fox Bay. If you enjoy fishing or boating, the Jordanelle Marina is just down the street. Mountain biking and hiking trails are right at your doorstep. And there are several fantastic golf courses within minutes of Fox Bay.
And if shopping is your sport of choice, charming Midway and Heber, as well as Main Street in Park City and the outlets at Kimball Junction, are a short drive from our condo.
On-site you will find a heated swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness center complete with treadmills, elliptical, stationary bikes and weights, a basketball court, picnic area with BBQ's, and a fun playground for kids. The clubhouse features a pool table, chess tables, a cozy fireplace, kitchenette, and a big screen TV with a theater system. Best of all, the clubhouse is located less than 50 yards from our condo. Close enough to be convenient, but far enough away to be peaceful!
Our condominium is beautifully furnished with all of the comforts of home. The master bedroom features a king-size pillow top bed, TV/VCR and DVD and private bathroom. The secondary bedroom is appointed with a twin and a full-size pillow top bed. There is a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, along with a beautiful and soft leather recliner. The living room is also equipped with a gas fireplace, TV, DVD player and a covered deck with spectacular views of Jordanelle Reservoir.
A crib is available upon request.

Why the Owner Chose Foxbay at Deer Valley Lakeside
We purchased our condo originally as a second home. After having 2 children, we found that we just weren't able to enjoy our place as often as we would like. So instead of it sitting empty, we decided to make it available for other families to make wonderful memories with.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
What I love most about our condo at Fox Bay is the peace and tranquility it offers. We are just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Park City to really be able to relax.
I love to sit on the deck in the summer, drink my coffee (or wine in the evening), and just enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I have actually had a moose walk right below my deck before.

We just spent 4 nights at this condo (second time at Fox Bay) and can only say positive things. It is one of the most well-equipped rentals we have experienced. The photos are very representative of the unit...it is bright and tasteful, with many upgrades and personal touches. We would definately rent it again.

We found everything we needed for our weekend ski break. The condo was clean and warm. It has a well equipped kitchen with great space for entertaining friends. A moose strolled by as we sat in the hot tub which is located very close to the unit. We appreciated Catherine's owner/client communication.

A wonderful experience. I took my daughter, along with another couple and their child, for 4 nights at Deer Valley in Feb. Catherine was easy to work with and responsive, great in every way. The unit itself is incredible. Warm feeling with beautiful upgrades all around. Comfy beds, good use of space. Awesome view! Access to the backside gondola is quick and easy. Throw in the great price, and you have a repeat customer in me! Thanks!

I cannot say enough good things about staying in this Condo. It's a great location close to Park City and comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 kids. We had a lot of snow while we were there and the garage parking was a nice benefit. Condo is very clean and well done. We stayed the 3rd week of February 2009 and it was a great time to be there. Catherine is also very helpful with finding discounts and advice on things to do. Highly recommended!

We just returned from a long weekend skiing at Deer Valley and enjoyed every minute of our stay at this wonderful condo. It is soo tastefully decorated and warm and cozy. We loved the hardwood floors, the wonderful wood shutters and the great views. the beds were great and the owners were good to work with. We hope to go back next year.

This condo is absolutely amazing. It is convenient to all ski areas in PC....actually it is 1 minute from the lift for Deer Valley. It had all of the comforts of home along with an amazing view and we were greeted by a moose right in the yard. The hot tub is only steps away from the building so it is very convenient. The decor is is fabulous and the beds are very comfortable. I give this spot a 10 and the owners are very easy to work with. Thanks again.

We just spent a week in the Park City area with our two children and had a great time. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was nice to have the pool so close to the condo (about 50 yards). The beds were so much better than the typical beds you get when renting. Working with Catherine (the owner) was a great experience. She was very prompt and helpful. The condo was just the right size for the four of us.

We absolutely loved this condo! It is so nice & homey -- we were very comfortable. It is obvious that the owners have taken the time to ensure that their unit is nicely equipped & decorated. It was great to stay outside of the hustle & bustle. It was very peaceful grocery shopping in Heber City after a long day of skiing at Deer Valley. My family also enjoyed watching the wildlife from our balcony. The owners are great to work with and we have already made our reservations for 2008.

My husband and I will be returning to this beautiful condo for the third year in a row. It is so easy to go back when we know everything will be perfect! We've visited with friends staying at several other units at Foxbay, and even though they are all very,very nice, "ours", has the greatest view! SL Jacksonville, FL
