  We recently returned from a two month stay, and would highly recommend this home. The house is really nice - spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and well maintained. Close enough to the beach to be within reasonable walking distance, but far enough away to be relatively quiet. The landscaping is also beautiful. We really enjoyed the lanai, the fenced back yard, and the heated pool. Very private and relaxing. Prior to our arrival, we didn't think that we would use the pool very often - in fact, we used it almost every day. The amenities also include a nice gas grill in the back yard. There are something like 500 restaurants in the Naples area. Our recommendations: Expensive: Campiello's and the Turtle Club. Wonderful food, ambiance and service. During "the season", get reservations well in advance. Not so expensive: Sushi-Thai and Pastrami Dan's. Leoni's is not fancy (to put it charitably), but the pizza is good. They also deliver. Randy's Fish House is also excellent, a local institution, and near by. They don't take reservations, so be prepared to wait. Suggested day trips: 1) Lover's Key State Park. About a 20 minute drive. Beautiful and relatively uncrowded beach. Hiking, bicycle & canoe/kayak rentals. 2) Everglades City & Chokoloskee. About a 1 hour drive. Everglades City includes the western entrance to the Everglades National Park. Large and small boat tours are recommended. This area is referred to as The 10,000 Islands. Beautiful and interesting - a maze of tidal rivers, channels and mangrove islands. Abundant wildlife. Excellent inshore saltwater fishing. If you do go to Chokoloskee, be sure to stop at the Havana Cafe. Finally, it should be mentioned that Kristy is an excellent landlord - very competent and responsive.

  I returned again this November and really enjoyed my time here. It is beautiful, open, and comfortable. Again, the photos don't do it justice. It's close to the beach and good eats and shopping at the Mercato. My dog loves the fenced in yard and the neighborhood is quiet. Don't miss meals at the Turle Club (on the beach) and my new favorite, The Counter at Mercato...great burgers! Kristy is very accommodating and I hope to return again next year!

  Wonderful, open and welcoming home....easy walk to the beach or to the Mercato. Don't miss out on a sunset at the Turtle Club and movies at the Silverspot Cinema... quite an experience! Bike rentals are right by the beach from a wonderful creator of paddleboards, Scott Quinn. Hope to be able to return!

  We were so delighted with this rental house. The photos don't do it justice. It is a very inviting and comfortable home with quality furniture and appliances and real plants. Many amenities were provided in the house, that we wouldn't have had to bring. It's located a close walk to the beach and a close drive to a grocery store, shopping center and movie theatre. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Every restaurant we went to had wonderful food - Tommy Bahamas - Don Shula's in the Hilton - Jane's Cafe - Du Ra Ma - Margaritas. There were so many interesting shops and restaurants on the downtown streets and in the beautiful malls. The main attractions to us were the art museum and the many art galleries, besides the beach. The owners were always willing to answer any questions and concerns we had. And it was so nice to have our little Westie with us instead of boarding her.

  The property was as good or better as depicted in its description and photos. House is very cute and cozy with a nice pool and great master bath shower. Although we had a problem with the toilet in master bathroom (running after flushed), the property owner sent a plumber over as soon as possible after notification and the situation was resolved. The house really is within walking/biking distance of the beautiful beach. It is also close to shopping and a number of restaurants including the Turtle Club (pricey but good). I would recommend this property.

  Anyone who rents this little gem will be very happy. We had the pleasure of spending the entire winter in this home and can honestly say it was a great choice. We were able to bring our pup and having a fenced yard with a pool was a big plus. Christy made every effort to make our stay very enjoyable. We felt and treated this home like it was our own. Anytime I had a question or concern, Kristy addressed it immediately. The location is great too. It was so nice to walk to the beach or to dinner. Don't miss the "Turtle Club" for dinner at sunset, but call ahead, I made reservations two months in advance but well worth it. LA Fitness is just around the corner along with a fabulous Steinmarts and Pulblix. And the Mercato is a great place to dine or dance the night away. If I had one thing that I think should be addressed, it would be a garage door opener or access to the keypad. But other than that, this is one place that is exactly as it is described on this site! You can't go wrong with this one. Thanks Kristy and Mark for the hospitality!! Looking forward to being neighbors!!

  Loved my time here...the pictures do not do it justice. It is the best looking house on the street and just as comfortable as it is good looking. Love the island decor and the landscaping is beautiful! Kristi is very attentive and quick with responses to questions and concerns. Will return as much as possible!

  My husband and I stayed at this magnificent beach house for the entire month of October 2011. We were totally wowed upon walking through the front door. The house is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated in beach colors, extremely clean and perfectly located in a safe and friendly neighborhood within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and the upscale shops at Mercato, which include Whole Foods and many restaurant options. It is equipped with anything you might need for your vacation. We enjoyed biking on Naples’ multiple trails and made it to the Naples Pier many times during our stay. We had brought our own bikes but were able to rent an extra one for a visitor at the nearby Naples Cyclery on Vanderbilt Beach Road. Our morning routine included walking our golden retriever Charlie to the Fit & Fuel Café (next door to the Naples Cyclery) where we enjoyed freshly baked muffins and conversations with the café’s bicyclist patrons. Charlie was always greeted with a big yellow bowl of water and loving belly rubs. For those preferring uncrowded beaches, Wiggins Pass state park is about 1.5 miles from the house and is well worth a visit. When seeking quieter time, we layed by the gorgeous pool, cooked on the backyard grill and enjoyed a late-night glass of wine on the screened porch. We were sad to leave such a charming abode but will definitely return. Thanks Kristy, you are an amazing host.

  We stayed here with my 6 year old son. We decided to stay here instead of a resort, and we can say that we were not disappointed! Loved it the second we set foot inside! We loved the key west look & the palm tree shutters on the outside of the house which is carried over to the inside. Once inside, there are lovely furnishings, and everything is in soothing colors-perfect after a day in the sun. The kitchen has very nice granite counters, a new clean refrigerator, nice mix of cookware & appliances. The washer & dryer came in very handy too! The bedrooms are all different, but all very nicely decorated with just right amount of decor making the rooms feel luxurious without being too fussy.There were many intricate details to the home which we loved, like the romantic chandelier in the dining room, the plum colored cabinets, the warm water of the swimming pool. We also loved how we knew it was the start of a another lovely day when the pool fountain would go on every morning! The pool was just paradise! The screened patio & manicured landscaping provided the perfect environment in which to relax. The house also came provided with many practical amenities like beach chairs,lots of towels, & a box of games! A multitude of places to visit are nearby. Naples beaches are 5 minutes away. Ritz Carlton is 5 minutes away for sunset cocktails on the beach at Gumbo Limbo. Whole foods grocery & world of books bookstore, Mercato restaurants & bars just a few minutes in the other direction. Old town Naples and its cafes are but a 12 minute drive away. While we were there, we also took some day trips to Lover's Key beach & Sanibel Island and found some incredible shells! The house looks just as on the website but even better, and location couldn't be better. We loved everything about the house. It was luxurious & welcoming, comfortable & lovely. Our most heartfelt thanks to the owners for creating a wonderful home away from home! We would go back in a heart beat! But we will have to wait until next summer!
