Private Lake of the Ozarks Home located in Tan Tar Estates. You, your family, friends, will have access to two swimming pools, and two community docks for swimming or fishing. We are located in the middle of "Golf Mecca", take your pick of 23 golf courses nearby. Here at Tan Tar A, we have five star restaurants, or fast food. Coffe shops and lounges. The resort also offers a Marina with the Tropic Princess excursion boat, Para-sailing, Jet ski rental, and boat rentals. For the kids in all of us, there is an Indoor Water Park. You are 5-8 minutes to Osage Beach, the largest brand name factory outlet mall in Missouri, 50 antique stores within 50 mile radius, live entertainmnent, and endless selection of restaurants.
Our home also has a cozy fireplace for winter getaways. Our spacious comfortable, home is decorated in the most relaxing way. Spring,Summer, Fall or Winter, Great for Golfing with your Spouse or kids, Guys-Girls Weekend, couples, family and friends.
Bedroom arrangements are as follows: On the main level, there is a Master Bedroom Suite with King Bed, Master Bathroom Shower and Jetted Whirpool tub The Master has a 27" TV, with CD, DVD, VCR. The bedroom is very spacious and has a private patio door opening up to the wonderful screened in porch. Upstairs: Bedroom number 2 has two double beds, Private sink and toilet, 27" TV ,CD, DVD, VCR, has patio door opening up to screened in porch. There is a Tub and Shower Combination between bedrooms 2 & 3. Bedroom number 3 has two twin beds, private sink and toilet, private patio door opening up to screened in porch. Bedroom number 4 is a Master Bedroom Suite with Queen Bed and full bathroom, 27" TV, CD, DVD, VCR. It also is very spacious, and has private patio door opening up to screened in porch. There is also a Roll Away Bed available for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your meal preparations. Dining Room Table is large enough for 8 Guests, plus seating is offered at the breakfast bar. The dining room opens up to the comfortable large family room with entertainment center,
36" Projection TV ,DVD, VHS, CD I-Pod ready, and stereo surround sound. The Cable TV offers 36 channels.
Wireless Internet is available.
On the patio, there is a Weber Charcoal Grill and grill utensils provided.
With a Two Car Garage at your disposal, loading and unloading the car will be a breeze.
While you are relaxing on the screened porches, the Bertuglia Home has a wonderful view of Nature, with Birds feeding just inches away from you. You will hear the sound of soothing
water from the over-sized water fountain from Hidden Lake (pond) which in the evening has lights-- so peaceful, so relaxing, the PERFECT get - away from the busy side of life to enjoy family and friends.

Our stay at the Bertuglia House was absolutely wonderful. The location was great we found it really easy,We really enjoyed our vacation to the lake and the Bertuglia House made it one of the best weekend I had at the lake.The house was very clean and neat,I would recommend this house to friends and family and i will rent this house again. thanks chris for everythingRecommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

You cannot get any better than renting from the Bertuglias! We walked in and knew we were on vacation AND we were at home. Everything was appointed for; everything was perfect. The house was enormous and the floor plan was very welcoming for entertaining and a quiet night's sleep. Being in Tan-Tar-A was nice because everything was there and all the locals knew their way around it. We easily rented boats nearby and it only added to the best vacation I have ever had- No joke!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We found the description and location accurately depicting the property. It was clean both inside and out and convenient to the lake, shops, restaurants, etc. Our stay at the Bertuglia House was absolutely wonderful. The condo was beautiful, spacious, and provided everything we could need. A nearby Mall was neat and the lake was so lovely. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
