Be our guest in a luxurious and spacious three bedroom, non-smoking condominium situated on the 15th hole of an Arnold Palmer signature course. The hole is surrounded by a wildlife preserve affording you the privacy and quiet you deserve on your vacation and with a magnificent view from the master bedroom and second floor wrap-around lanai.
Stay in style and comfort with high end furnishings and "heavenly beds". Conveniently located just ten minutes from trendy downtown Old Naples and from sandy gulf coast beaches. Walking distance to grocery and convenience stores.
Comfortably sleeps six people in a spacious three bedroom, two bathroom, second floor condominium. Covered entry leads to large foyer. Adjacent bedroom with full bath is situated opposite a twin bedroom with spacious closet. A Queen room is just across the tiled hallway. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. THE GOLF
The fairways of Arnold Palmer's 18 hole signature golf course flow seamlessly through sparkling lakes, or wooded preserves and the Florida villas. The beautiful clubhouse voted the Sand Dollar Awards Clubhouse of the Year, features Mediterranean-influenced architecture with arched walkways and barrel-tile roofs.
The club includes a pro-shop, dining and grille rooms, elegant lounge, card rooms, men's and women's locker rooms and a fitness center; Olympic size pool with spa and five tennis courts.
THE TOWN

Located just south of Bonita Springs and Ft. Myers. Sarasota and Miami beach are just two hours away. Southwest Florida International Airport can be reached in 35 minutes.
