  First time in Maui. Great central location in Kihei. We loved everything about this condo. Came with all the beach gear (chairs, snorkel, towel, coolers and more) and provided nice relaxing place to recharge at night. If you a couple or a family with young ones, we highly recommend this unit. As for the owner, the transactions and the communications were breeze and trouble free.   Great condo loaded with all the beach toys you will need for a fun and relaxing vacation. Location is awesome, right across the street from Kam I beach, easy drive to many other beaches. The condo is what it looks like in the photos and is well maintained. Owners were very helpful with questions we had. Best breakfast hands down, Kihei Cafe!! dont let long line scare you, once you order, your food is on the table before your second sip of coffee!!

  This condo had everything you could ever want for a beach holiday. I loved it and would be my first choice when I go back. The owners are so friendly and helpful and I like that they are fellow Canadians :)

  We very much enjoyed our time in unit C204 of the Kihei Alii Kai. The description of the condo is accurate; and we were amazed at how well stocked it is - including with many of the most popular beach ‘toys’ (snorkel gear, boogie boards, insulated cooler, ice packs, beach chairs, towels, etc). The lanai with its beautiful view of the ocean provided a perfect tropical setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The Kihei Alii Kai complex is located in central Kihei – far enough back from South Kihei Road that we did not hear any traffic but close enough to make an easy walk to nearby beaches (Kamaole 1 is a short 3 minute walk away!) and shopping areas, including a couple of fine restaurants located in the Rainbow Mall (Maui Thai Restaurant – yummy and relatively inexpensive; Café O’Lei – prime rib you won’t soon forget). We hope to return in future and would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone for a memorable vacation on the magical island of Maui.

  Just wanted to say thanks to Heather and Scott for a wonderful vacation and much needed rest. The location of this unit is ideal. The free parking was very handy as we did decide to rent a car. The unit itself is stocked beyond what I have expereinced in previous travels. There is really nothing you need to think of to make your stay a memorable one.   Heather's and Scott's condominium is a great place to stay for anyone. The listing and photos are accurate, and Heather and Scott are very responsive and helpful. If you have kids (or if you don't), the condo already has everything you will need: cooking and eating essentials, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, beach towels and chairs. Kihei Alii Kai is in a perfect location, just off the main road and a 3 minute walk to a perfect, swimmable beach. Once you get there, if you plan to stay in Kihei, you almost don't need a car.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  Hi Heather & Scott, We had a lovely holiday. Thank you so much for the use of your condo! It was easy to find, very clean and well-stocked. The central location was perfect for us and many an evening was spent admiring the view or taking a walk down the street. We took a picnic with us each day and were quite pleased to see that you thought of everything we could possibly want for a day at the beach. Mike especially enjoyed the boogie board and snorkel gear. We used the bbqs on several occasions and really appreciated having condiments and seasonings on hand - all those little things from home. We were very happy there and can't wait till our next trip. Thanks again for your hospitality!

We had everything we needed for the three of us, even a baby crib for our son and lots and lots of beach toys! We would be so thrilled to come back again and stay at your wounderful place!   Scott and Heather - WOW! Thank you so much for opening up your gorgeous condo to the three of us! The weather was so amazing, the entire trip and the fans really helped us cool down :) !   Heather and Scott - thank you very much for the use of your condo, it was beautiful and so close to the beach. We had a great time, we especially liked the whale watching. I liked the town of Lahaina (because I love to shop!). Brayden loved going to the beach and playing in the waves. We also had beautiful weather! Thanks again.

A $250USD reservation fee/damage deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure the reservation.

Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fees apply if reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival.

All payments must be in USD (US Bank Draft or US Money Order).

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Low Season - April 15 - December 14 - $100/night plus 13.42% Hawaiian State Tax

High Season - December 15 - April 14 - $130/night plus 13.42% Hawaiian State Tax

Cleaning fee is $90. All stays over 7 days, cleaning fee is waived.
