Just returned from a week long vacation on Hilton Head Island with the family (6 adults and 1 toddler). We loved this villa! It was clean, comfortable, with everything you need for a great vacation (well-stocked kitchen, games, pool/beach toys, etc.) exactly like the description and pictures state. Being next to the pool was awesome and the walk to the beach is easy and shaded until you get to the dunes. We highly recommend this villa and will hopefully be returning to it next summer!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The listing description and photos were very accurate. The property was very clean and well-maintained. The owner gave us all the information about the unit, area, and island that we needed to make in an enjoyable vacation! I would visit again tomorrow if I could and I would invite family and friends there as well! We enjoyed all of the anemities; we swam daily in the beautifil pool! We also enjoyed fishing on the Bonnie Rae. We swam in the ocean on four days. We rented bikes and really had a great time on them! We enjoyed the Skull Creek Boathouse, Jump and Phil's (Packer bar), and Black Marlin restaurants. Thanks for the great memories!

We had a great time because of the amenities. This is a clean and well designed place to stay. A bath room for every bedroom, screened in porch and the pool is right out the back door. The beach is within a 4 - 5 minute easy walk from the house. A lot of thing to do on Hilton Head, excellent restaurants. I only wish we would have rented the bicycles as soon as we got there. DG

We think Hilton Head in the spring is beautiful. We have stayed at several Huntington Villas and this was our favorite. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was so well stocked. We had always brought some kitchen "gear" from home, but know if we stay in this one again that we won't need to do that. The location was great, as were the neighbors around us.

This was our 10th time visiting the Island and our best experience renting a villa. It was very spacious with plenty of closet and drawer space. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed how close the pool was and that it was heated, we were the only family using the pool which the kids loved. We also loved the location of the villa, very close to the beach and very quiet at the end of the road. The tennis at Palmetto Dunes is top notch. We would definitely recommend renting this villa, the owner was great to deal with.

We visited from 15-22 August 2009. There were six of us and we fit in the Villa quite comfortably. We had a wonderful and easy experience renting the Villa. The pool was very nice and truly steps from the back door. We especially loved walking to the beach in the evening to see the night stars and listen to the waves crash against the beach. It was sooooo relaxing. My husband and I brought our son who was 10 and my mom and dad joined us with David who was 15. The Villa had everything you could possibly think of needing in the kitchen!!! The screened in porch was great for morning coffee with my mom...while the guys snored away. We really had a fabulous time and I look forward to returning soon. I would definitely rent this Villa again. Thank you so much to the owners for sharing your Villa. By the way, it is in a very convenient location!!! Walking distance to the beach, bike trails everywhere and we didn't have a grill, but we were able to use the ones at the Disney Beach house right up the road...parking, grills (Charcoal) and use of the restrooms were complimentary to guests of Palmetto Dunes.

The villa was absolutely beautiful and we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The location was great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the pool was right out the back door. Beach chairs and beach toys were provided. The villa was roomy and gave everyone privacy. The owners were so nice and personal. We will be back as repeat customers!!!! Thanks for a great vacation.

We had a wonderful time. Our family has been coming to HHI for over 13 years and this is one of the most enjoyable villa's we have ever stayed in. It is right next door to the pool and closest to the beach walkway. The villa is decorated beautifully (my wife’s words) and completely functional (my words). The amenities including pots, pans, plates and silverware accommodate groups much larger than our family of four. We enjoyed tremendously the tennis facility and the beach bike rides. Bubba Bikes on the Island is great to work with! We rented four bikes for the week for only $72. We can’t wait to come back soon.

We loved the condo. It's so close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. We've been to HHI over 10 times in the last 16 years and it was by far the best location and condo we've ever stayed at. It's in a very quiet location. Many times we were the only ones at the pool. The villa is very comfortable and decorated nicely. The rental process was very easy and look forward to renting this villa again.

The villa was perfect for our family of eight which consisted of three generations with ages ranging from a 5 year old to a 75 year old. There was ample, comfortable room for all of us. We are the seniors that thoroughly appreciated the first-floor master suite with the luxurious private bath. The second floor was used by the rest of the family with each bedroom having a private bath. The proximity to the pool and hot tub were an added benefit. It was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was available -- extra linens, sewing kits, soaps, etc., etc. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and look forward to renting it again.
