This spacious home is perfect for family gatherings! We had three families who stayed here at the same time and we all had plenty of space. I have rented many beach homes and none have been decorated as well as this one - from the furniture to the beautiful new bedding and accessory pillows, this place is top notch! I was impressed with the hardwood floors throughout, the upgrades in the kitchen including stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops (which are also in the bathrooms). The house is also very clean and appears to have been recently painted throughout - it feels like a new home from the moment you walk in the door! The enclosed backyard that connects to the cement carport are ideal for kids to safely play or ride scooters. The covered decks are perfect for relaxing and socializing. The elevator made it very convenient to get our luggage to the top floor. The close proximity of the beach and shops is ideal. Great value for all that this house offers and we will most certainly be staying here again in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
