  First of all Stephen is great .He provided an excellent and professional service. He explained from start to finish about his townhouse and surrounding area.This was our first time staying at a vacation rental property.The house was very clean and fresh smelling ,They were flat screen Tv's in ever room and the living room. He provided a starter set of laundry supplies,clean towels and the kitchen had everything we needed all we had to do were to buy groceries from Walmart which was about 10 minutes away.The area is a very very quiet area and safe neighborhood .The neighbors were very welcoming .My kids enjoy the pool and lawn tennis court my husband and I enjoyed everything by mostly of all we enjoyed the cold Air conditioning coooooold .The house is about 10 mins from all major shopping area and about 35 mins from Downtown Atlanta .I would recommend his property to everybody .Thanks Stephen you were great see you Next year .Mrs Mary Barcelona-Davis

  If this were my first time staying in a vacation rental I may have given this home 4 or 5 stars but compared to other places I have stayed I was a little disappointed. The size and overall condition of the home were great and the neighborhood and pool access were also great. The owner was also helpful while booking the property and was very kind to deal with. There are 2 reasons that I am marking this down to 3 stars. The first is that the floors in the home were obviously dirty upon our arrival, the downstairs might have been swept but the upstairs was clearly not vacuumed recently. There were also no top sheets on the beds, we were able to find one in the closet, but having beds that are not properly made and dirty floors should not happen when part of the fees you pay for renting is a cleaning fee. I would suggest that the owner hires a new maid service. The second reason that I removed a star was for the lack of household items in the house, and for the poor quality of the kitchen utensils. A very small investment to keep a few extra trash bags in the house and a starter pack of laundry detergent would put this house on par with other vacation rentals. As for the kitchen utensils, at the very least the knives need to be replaced as they were not sharp enough to cut carrots. But as I said the owner, location, and overall condition of the house are good, and with very minimal changes I would gladly give this home 5 stars.

  This place was perfect! We came for my sister's wedding and we sure couldn't have stayed at a hotel. Stephan is very understanding and takes care of everything. He makes sure the customer is happy first. He cares! The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. It has yard for kids to play, just watch out for neighbor's huge dog. Just one thing it is far from everything, make sure you have a car. It is in a very quiet and beautiful area. I would give this place 4 stars! Would surely go back again.

It is much appreciated, and I do agree that you need a car .But all shopping areas are approximately 10 minutes away from the property. Also, the dog is a small dog; it's a chihuahua and is very loving.

  I would like to start this off by saying, thanks for the accommodation on such short notice. The service was exceptionally well, the house was clean, comfortable, organized, and i wouldn't mind staying there again in the future.

  This property was so clean and inviting,located in a quiet and peaceful area. It is very suitable for vacations. We enjoyed the spacious living room, comfortable sofa and huge flatscreen television. Everything included in the ad was available and fully functional. It was more than worth the very reasonable rates charged. I appreciated the professionalism of the owner Stephen. The very patient and helpful manner in which he guided us as this was our first stay in a vacation house. He was readily available to answer our queries.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.

  My kids and I enjoyed our stayed at the rental very much. I felt as though I was home, it was very clean and comfortable. The living room was spacious and We enjoyed the 40 inch flatscreen T.V in special the sports events! Lawrenceville is a pretty and interested town in special for antique lovers. Overall, I recommend this townhouse to anyone that is going to ATL, it is close to everywhere you need to go. Para las personas hispanas les digo en mi idioma que fueron las vacaciones perfectas!

  Our stay at the condo was very nice, it was like we had never left home and had everything that the listing said and more. The condo was very clean and had everything and anything we needed right at our fingertips. The only thing we had to go out for was food. The thing we really appreicated was the owner. He was always a phone call or e-mail away. He was always ready to answer any questions we may have had.

  Our family had a wonderful family vacation. This was much nicer and more affordable than motel rooms. Stephen was very easy to work with. If we decide to do Atlanta again we will definitely try to stay there.

  This is my first time renting a home through Home Away and I can say that I had a wonderful experience at this home. The property in located in a a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The inside of the house is decorated really pretty and has access to the pool and tennis courts. (House has tennis racquets, so no need to pack any.) The walk to the pool is two minutes away. If you decide to go into Atlanta, the Marta train starion is located about 20 minutes away in Doraville. It'll take you anywhere in the city, but gets you out and back to your rented home so that you can dodge rush hour traffic. As for the owner, he was very professional and the customer service was awesome! I do recommmend this property to anyone else, and I look forwared to staying at this propery the next time I'm back in Atlanta!
