  We booked this condo on short notice. Denise was very accommodating in making our plans work. Her condo is very spacious and clean. The photos are very accurate in what the condo looks like. We spent several days at the pool, which was very well maintained. At the airport we took the new monrail to the light rail station to the bus station, only one bus to the condo. Cost $4.00 per person. Very easy to get to this condo.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed for a week and I wish we could have stayed another week. Condo was very nice, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Only complaint was that the pool was dirtied by a serious wind storm on Monday and on Friday had still not been cleaned, so we couldn't use the pool. But we were so busy doing things that we didn't hang by the pool on Wed/Thurs. The location of the condo is perfect and the bars in walking distance (2 min walk) are fun - it was great not to worry about D&D! We will definitely try to rent again should we make another trip to the Valley of the Sun! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!

  Owner response: Thanks for your great review! I'm so sorry for the less-than-perfect pool experience. When we get a dust storm like that, every pool in the area needs maintenance, and the pool companies get swamped! I am so glad that you enjoyed my condo so much!

  I stayed at this lovely property while visiting family in the area. The home is very spacious and quiet. I loved the furnishings and the close proximity to everything. It made for a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this condo.

  The condo was roomy, well-appointed, comfortable, clean. The pool and grounds were well-maintained. It was located close to local amenities and within a short ride to major attractions in Phoenix and Scotsdale. The owner was cooperative and helpful all along prior to our arrival and was available if needed by phone or email during our stay. I would highly recommend it to family, friends.

  My husband and I stayed at this condo the mo. of Jan. 2012. Very nice, nice recliners and beds. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

  My wife and I stayed in this spacious, well furnished and equipped condo for 1 month from Jan 15 to Feb 15, 2011. It has a nice outlook over tennis courts and green space, is close to some nice restaurants (1 block) and we found the development to be well kept up and fairly central to everything we wanted to do. Each oof the 2 bedrooms has its' own bathroom. Our communications with the owner were always promptly handled, and we found the owner to be helpful and friendly.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  We stayed in this condo and loved it!!! It was just as we were promised and Denise was soooooo helpful, always available if we had questions. This condo had a great location,easy to get to anything, I hope to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone.Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
