It was a pleasure to stay here. Golf cart was great and the porch had plenty of room and plenty of chairs. House was well furnished. Definitely would stay here again.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Thanks so much for allowing our family to stay in your beach house. It was clean, we'll decorated, and the perfect size for the 4 of us. The 2nd bathroom was great!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway.

Loved it. Had everthing stated and needed plus more we needed. Owner was amazing, quick responses when emailed with questions. Quick straight shot to beach, cant wait to go back..Will contact owner during winter because you can do nightly rentals as well. Loved it, Thanks Ms Martha!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

The home was very clean and exactly what our family of 4 needed. Parking was adequate for our vehicle and could have fit 2 in if needed. Enjoyed the quiet section of Ocean Lakes, but still close enough that walking to pool and ocean was refreshing.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, girls getaway.

Smoking only permitted outside • NO Pets ALLOWED • There will be a $50.00 charge for all returned checks • Our rental is furnished with most comforts of your own home. You are responsible for your bed linens, paper products, kitchen and bath towels and washing detergents Reservations: Only weekly reservations will be taken for the months of June – August In Season Rates: June – August $1300.00 per week which includes golf cart Off Season Rates: $75.00 per night plus $25.00 per day for golf cart. Check-In: 3PM We cannot guarantee your accommodations before the stated time Check-Out: 11AM NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!! Upon departure, we ask you to prepare the house for the next guests by either: 1. Completing the cleaning list attached or 2. If pre-scheduled leave the cleaning fee, in cash, on the kitchen counter and be on your way! Trash must be emptied and no dirty dishes left. Deposit: A deposit of $350.00 is required within 7 days after making your reservation, time permitting. An overflow lot is located at the front of the campground if you wish to park any cars there for the week. The riding of motorcycles within the campground is strictly prohibited. Building: The washer and dryer is located in the outside building. The key is kept on a hook at the bar in the kitchen. If everyone will read and follow this list, it will ensure that everyone visiting with us this summer will be safe and have fun!
