  This house was very clean and spacious. Great light and great location! While all the hard wood makes it easy to keep the house clean, it also means that you can hear everything. I needed to leave the house early morning when my 5 yr old woke up as any playing with toys or talking would wake up the others. A couple of rugs could really make a difference. We appreciated that when the cable was not working, the owner came over promptly to have it fixed. The only other recommendation for this rental would be to have better quality beds as well as pillows and bedding. There is one nice mattress upstairs but the rest are quite uncomfortable. The pillows felt very cheap and that unfortunately led to poor nights of sleeping. I would definitely refer people to this house as long as they know the drawbacks. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and pots and pans but it would be great to have some of the basics like salt and pepper.

  The house is very nice. 4 bedrooms and bath upstairs and 1 bedroom and bath downstairs. The living room is very roomy. We had a problem with the coffee maker and Angie replaced it right away. There is a playground, 18 inch deep pool and tennis court across the street. Within walking distance are tons of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and liquor store. The Stone Arch Bridge and Main Street along the Mississippi are a few blocks. We went to many attractions without going on the highways but the highways were easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay again.

  We stayed here for a girls reunion, and it was perfect! The location is amazing - 5 minutes from downtown, and within walking distance to some great eateries. The park across the street is great for kids, too. Thanks so much for a great stay!

  The place was nice needed to really have a T V for each bedroom and the beds were ok wish the would of been more softer. Otherwise it was a good place

  This property was perfect for our needs. The photos are very accurate- although there is a larger, more comfortable sofa and better TV than the living room photos currently show-- which was a nice surprise. We had friends on the riverfront and we could comfortably walk to them. We have a one year-old and eight year-old and both loved the park across the road; after playing at the park we could walk to many great restaurants and to a large grocery store. The home is sparsely decorated and immaculate, with no carpeting, which is great for those with allergies (my family). My husband was at a conference in the area so the walkability was a great-- he could take the car during the days and we still had plenty to do. It was an easy drive to other good Minneapolis sites- we went to the Guthrie and Mall of America. The owners rode by on bicycle and introduced themselves- they were friendly but not intrusive. Parking was easy.

  This property is exactly as it is represented in the photos. It is spacious, clean and very well stocked. We had a group of 8 people including several teen girls, who were anxious to tour the Mall of America. There was plenty of sleeping space. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and pots/pans for cooking meals. The neighborhood was busy with a lot of foot traffic since it is located approximately 1 block from University of MN. But there was not a lot of noise; the neighborhood has a great vibes. Location is great for power walking, running and exercising. There is a park directly across the street. Close to grocery stores, shops and boutiques. Close to downtown ~ just over the bridge about 10 minutes. Mall of America was about 20 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Minneapolis!
