WELCOME TO THE BEACH!!!

This condominium is a cozy, bright, peaceful end unit that directly overlooks the ocean. Each morning as you sit on the balcony, listening to the ocean, you can watch the dolphins swim by.

The Direct beach access is a plus. The beaches are wide and clean and seem to stretch on forever making this popular vacation spot feel uncrowded. The pool is also a great place for the family to go and enjoy the water.

This area has much to offer beyond the ocean and the beach, Fort Fischer Aquarium is a five minute ride from the condominium as well as the Fort Fischer Historic Battle Site. Bald Head Island and Southport make great day trips.

If you enjoy fishing this area is for you! Try your hand at surf fishing and pier fishing or check out the marina and charter a boat for deep sea fishing, the marina also offers many types of sightseeing cruises. Historic Wilmington North Carolina is just 15 minutes away.

The building has plenty of parking and has an elevator to take you to your third floor retreat. No Smoking, Please.

Late Summer... August 16th-September 5th ................... $800.00 per week..
Nightly ............... $140/night (Not available during Peak Season).
Security deposit is required. Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Cleaning fee is $50.00
